Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the recent servicing experience of my vehicle Tata Tigor (Registration No. DL14CG8016) at your Jhilmil branch service center.
I had given my vehicle for regular servicing on 4th June 2025, for which I was charged. After the service, I left for Bangalore on 10th June and returned on 1st July. I resumed driving on 3rd July and experienced issues with the air conditioning (AC) system. I promptly raised a complaint and visited your Jhilmil service center.
Upon inspection, I was informed by Service Advisor Ms. Pooja that the AC and AC filter were completely choked, and I would need to get the AC serviced for Rs. 5, 500 + 18% GST.
My concerns are as follows:
Why was the AC system not checked during the general service on 4th June?
If the AC was not functioning properly or the filter was choked at that time, why was it not brought to my notice by the service advisor or technician?
As a customer, I rely on the expertise of your service team to inspect and inform me about such essential maintenance needs during servicing.
Given that I had just serviced the vehicle days before and did not even use it extensively until 3rd July, it is difficult to understand how the AC could become fully choked in such a short span, unless it was already neglected during the initial service.
I request you to kindly review this case and provide a suitable explanation. If there was a lapse in the service process, I expect a fair resolution or reimbursement of the AC service charges.
Looking forward to a prompt and satisfactory response.
