I am dinesh chandra, professionally a software engineer based out in bangalore. I happened to purchase tata nexon xz on nov 6th 2019. (Registration no. Ka 03 nf xxxx) with domluru tata dealers.

I am writing this after this long because the delay tactics played on me. Kindly have enough patience to read through my big mail because this is my agony not just a mail. I have dreamt of owning a automatic vehicle since past three years, accordingly i happened to inquire tata nexon auto gear. Initially i got telephonic communication from tata people from mumbai they have given my details to local dealers to lead me further. Lot of people approached me over call i have decided to pay a visit to whitefield branch and they have given me many information of automated tiago, tigor and nexon they let me do test driving as well and they evaluated my preowned car for exchange and gave me one figure. I am all set to buy from the whitefield branch mean while the dommluru branch people named sachin who is sales executive approached by offering better price to preowned car. I am convinced with what sachin has promised me accordingly i asked him to come my place and take booking by giving one test drive in nexon automated and show my wife that car and we both decided to go ahead and then comes the twist in the tail. Ms. Ramya who attended us on behalf of sachin had less knowledge over attitude booked manual geared car which i dint notice why because i am layman who does not understand the codes you give to car she has entered the details of manual gear while she brought automated car for testing and took our signatures on file went off.

Point 1: i was completely not aware of fact they booked manual geared car unless i went to took delivery of car.

Point 2 : when they booked manual geared car they charged me very high that what whitefield showroom does for a manual geared car.

Point 3: when we approached for remedy the manager vikram was threatening us its your fault to put signatures (Kindly note when a person brought automated car for test drive how will i expect they have booked manual vehicle).

Point 4: we requested for cancellation of registration (Ps: i was not called to showroom to show the car which is going for registration, if i am not wrong that's the norm followed across all the automobile industries. Which never followed by these great intelligent people)

Point 5: after all this i have gone through they have given us some sort concession for extra amount charged on us by promising to give extra accessories (None of them received and find attached piece of paper written and given by vikram (Branch manager), dharsha (Lead) and sachin to me the list accessories promised)

Now the people just barrowwed time is what i understood. They never intended to correct their mistake for them we just mad people who believes everything said and told.

Every time i take out the car i am seeing how these people cheated me and played with my emotion for owning automated car. Its so disturbing that my blood sugar level since i brought the car not getting controlled and this people are just playing with me till date. Trusting them again i have not brought seat covers, rest of accessories etc.

I am frustrated with a fact tata being hope of people can be this bad and i request you to take some stringent action on ramya, sachin darshan and vikram of damluru branch.

I have sent mail to mr. Karthikeyan, 2 weeks back, till yet i dint get any updates from him. I these all people are very profession for cheating the customers. These all people are cheaters and idiots.

I really am disappointed to have faced all these issues while purchasing car from tata motors domulr branch, i would never ever recommend this to anyone for sure. I’m certain to put this everywhere in public forum and also raise it to all possible levels of consumer affairs.

They are super cheaters. Beware of these guys named vikram (Branch manager), karthik (Branch mgr) and last but not the least darshan, shachin & ramya. All these fraud people together in a team will cheat you. They are all the same. Nobody among these is honest. They are the best in cheating the customers.
