Tata Motors — Continuous delays in delivery along with price hike - Altroz | |||
I've booked Tata altroz xz model gray colour at Vijayabarathi tata motors, Tirupati. Booking was done on 7th of August. While booking we were informed that we'll be getting the vehicle within 2 weeks. In the meantime I was informed that there is a price hike and since I haven't taken delivery of the vehicle I need to pay the hiked price. By 24th Aug I contacted the dealer and he asked to wait for another 2 weeks. By 7th Sep I again contacted and asked to wait another 2 weeks. I'm writing this on 23rd Sep and still no update on billing the car. Who will wait for months to take delivery with increased price than promised at the time of booking. We cannot accepting such a irresponsibility from the side of such a reputed firm like Tata motors.We need the delivery at least this month with promised price at the time of booking.
