[Resolved] Tata Motors — dealer not invoicing the vehicle due to future high price change | |||
The dealer has shared proforma invoice dated[protected] for sale of tata nexon red colour top end petrol car. Smas has been talking to release purchase order on 3rd april, 2018 from 2 30 pm. Now the dealer does not accept to raise the invoice as there could be change in price by tata motors. The dealer though the car is in stock and the system is accepting to take invoice is not ready to bill at the current price. He wants the new price to be reflecting to charge the customer more. This is complete cheating and fraud by the dealer for not accepting bookings by the customer as per the current pricing. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased Tata nexon from Sterling Motors, Nashik.But I have not got registration no.yet after passing of 2 months.Also dealer have taken Rs.14000/- more amount and said that amount will be returned back after passing of vehicle. But It seems that they are taking too long time.Also they are not giving any reply
