We sree kaleswari logistics are fleet operators from the last 5 decades and we are long standing customers to the tata motors. One of our latest vehicle no. Ap16ts4343, tata 1518t kept at m/s. Jasper industries vijayawada on 22/02/2020 as the vehicle had the pick up and little bit temperature problem. But mechanics are not in a position to diagnosis the problem up to 9 days i. E. 01/03/20. After repeated pressure from our end they have confirmed that there is camshaft and injector problem due to some wrong oil mixed with the diesel. From the last 10 years we are using the same bunk and we can fill the oil in one and only bunk. As they have checked with the other vehicle parts and confirmed the said problem and done the trail run. Because of our pressure they have accepted to give the delivery of the vehicle for one trail run for one trip and then they have asked about the bill. But we have shocked to see that bill as they have charged rs.68470/- and rs.18000/- for nozzels cleaning, so total rs.86470/-. As per my experience nozzels cleaning highest amount is rs.5000/-. As they only confirmed in the morning that they have checked with other vehicle parts as they don' t have particular spares in their stock.in the evening they have charged rs.68470/-, it clearly seems the cheating. Even in jasper they don't have experienced mechanics for these latest vehicles and existing mechanics not in a position to diagnosis the problem. Even for computer check up also they are charging a lot to the customers. Request you to please check their bills which are issuing to the customers. Being a strategic and long standing customer to the tata vehicles we feel that they are cheating a lot with their bills without fitting the spare parts. We have not taken delivery of the vehicle. Request you to please pursue the issue on high priority and keep on trust for tata vehicles. Not only me please check with the other customers about jasper industries. Till now I have not received any revert from TATA Motors...Very very worst service and response to the customers, they are literally cheating the customers without fixing the spare parts...my phone no is[protected]
