Tata Motors — Delay in booking cancellation amount refund | |||
Dear Sir, I am writing this to bring your attention to the cancellation process of my booking. I had booked a new Tiago from Cherthala showroom on April 03, 2021 with a payment of Rs. 10, 000. With effect of the low CIBIL score i was rejected for the loan. So, I cancelled the booking and requested for the returning of my advance payment with the attached request letter on 30.04.2021 I would like you to check what happened on this issue, as I have not received my payment back yet. The representatives are not responding to give a proper clarification about this refund issue. It would be appreciated if you interfere in this and solve my issue at the earliest as possible.
