Tata Motors — Delayed delivery of Tata altroz XE booked on 5 Mar 21 with Rudra motors Wagholi Pune | |||
I, Sanjay Patil booked Altroz XE on 5 Mar at Rudra motors Wagholi Pune by depositing token amt, thereafter by paying full amount to CSD I received purchase order . Dealer Rudra motors promised delivery before 8 weeks but now he do not give me proper information about car and always says that Tata motors is not providing the cars. As per booking details provided by dealer ( attached is the booking receipt/CSD purchase order after paying full amount/ Dealer provided the booking details placed to tata motors by dealer ) my waiting number stands at no 1 position since 5 Mar however he says tata motors not given the vehicle since 5 Mar. I have my own personal plans.I have to go on posting from Pune to Aasam.Aa per dealer promise I booked car and planned to move with my vehicle to Aasam, however now it seems impossible and a greate problem for me.Now to take the delivery which is not clear when I have to come to Pune allover from Aasam. Please look into this matter and do the needful.Also Invistigate if any bised and out of turn delivery to other customers by dealer. I may not recommend tata vehicle due to such problems.Even I could opted other company car.It is the dealer who spoil image of the company. I may suggest CSD to delisting the dealer from CSD who does not understand the importance and problem of defence personnel. Expecting positive reply for my problem from you sir.
