We would like to inform you that, we have sent our TATA SUMO Gold bearing No: KA 03 MD 9294 TO EMM EMM MOTORS INDIA PVT LTD.2, 116/2, OUTER RING ROAD, BANASWADI, BANGALORE-560 043 Vide their Invoice No: EmmEmm-BA[protected] dated: 16.06.2014 and entire Clutch plate has been replaced and paid Rs.13, 010.78 ( Thirteen thousand ten and paise seventy eight only)
We have again sent our vehicle for general service to the same service provider and shocked to received the quote for Rs.34, 826.00 claiming again the clutch plate needs to replace. We were wonder that the vehicle was not even run 8, 000 Kms after replacement of Clutch plate.
The service engineer Mr.Shridhar is claiming to replace the entire set otherwise, he will not return the vehicle back. This is a kind of harrasment from TATA motor service dealer.
We would like to inform you again, This vehicle is not even 3 years old and we have already spent more than 2-3 Lakhs just for service and repair. We were been trusting TATA motors dealer for their gunineness and this is the right time to go ahead with filing the suit against them to take serious action.
We would like the proper authority to interfere in this regard and make sure our vehicle parts needs to be replaced on free of cost as it was not even changed just before 2 months.
