        I received this fraud Email on behalf of Tata Motors Limited with the Name of Senior H R Manager as Satish Yuvraj with the amount to be deposited as Rs. 9250/- as a security deposit. I deposited this amount on 30 Aug 2014 at Punjab National Bank, Ghaziabad in favour of Mr. Ravi Sharma & A/c. No. [protected] and sent the Email back to the concern person with Deposit Slip, my Photo, Voter ID, E-mail address, Phone number. His contact no. is +91-[protected].

          I have a tata venture with the reg no KL 39 D 1537 this month 20 th(aug) my car is break down with a complaint of gear shifting the same day i was bring the vehicle for service on concord motors nettur(cochin), still the vehicle is not ready, and every day they are telling the part is not available, i have never seen such a worst vehicle. this is the fourth time gear shifting problem is happening, last month i have a complaint with shock absorbers that also take 2 weeks and i spend lot of money, this month gear shifting.I want a immediate action for this case, now i am run with a outside vehicle and i have lot of lost.. if no actions i want to move with legally. k C Thomas +91 [protected]

            Hi, have bought a new indigo ecs vx (chassis no: MAT601484EPB04236) from concord motors patparganj in new delhi on 6th august 2014. the central locking started giving trouble after 15 days and on 29th i could not open/start the car from the given remote. i called the breakdown team on the toll free number and after that my nightmare with tata motors started. my first call to them was on 9:30 am. the mechanics came around 10:15 and said that the car needs to be towed to a service station. after arounf 12-15 calls to the breakdown team i was fianlly able to get the car towed at 1:45 pm. now the towing guy instead of taking me to autovikas in moti nagar (very near to my home) took me to some other service center in vikas puri. there they had only one laptop with them and that too was not working so they could not connect the same and see the problem. the day after that is on 30th they transferred the car to autovikas near my home. they checked the vehicle and said that they need the code to disarm the immobilizer. to my utter amazement and shock, this was not provided to me by concord motors. i called up the sales guy Mr. Lokesh, who told me to call their workshop and speak to mukesh, who in turn asked me to call Nupur. i then called their customer care executive Nupur and explained the situation. at first she said that she was not in office and would require 2-3 days to get the code. after much coaxing shed said she will see what she can do. I tried calling her senior ms. sapna but she did not take my calls. i got a call back from nupur saying that she does not know what needs to be dome and everybody else is on lunch and she could only reply after 30 mins. in the meantime i talked to the mechanics at the workship and got to know that they need to get the code from your vendors. i asked mr. lokesh and ms. nupur both to get it asap, to this they saod that they have writted to the concerned people and waiting tehir feedback. now when i started to create a scene ms. nupur talked to the guys at autovikas and said that she has talked to the senior manager there and work on my car would start soon. however it was 5 pm by this time and i had no option but to leave my car at autovikas. on 31st i got a call from nupur that work on my vehicle has started and i shuold get the car by evening. i got no call from autovikas and i called my service advisor mr. shiv there and he told me the work on my car has started. i regulary followed with and at no point of time i was told what is the problem with the car. in the evening i called mr. shiv and got a reply that they could not resolve the problem and he does not know by when my car would be ready. buying a car has become a harassment and i have persuaded my dad not to buy a zest and wait for the new ciaz. i am also thinking of a legal action aganist concord/tata motors. i want to hear what action has been taken against concord motors and the people involved and want a definite deadline by when my car can be completed.               we are using SUMO Grandy gx 2010 model. still It is in good condition wit outside service, why because service engineers & managers, also to much worst in time delay & rectification of errors, even though if it was a minor complaint. waste of time & unsatisfied service. I enquired about new car with exchange of my vehicle. Marketing people called me from this number ([protected]) even he was also delayed to meet me. i was wait 6 hours. he dont know exact information about ur used & new vehicles. he told me ur Sumo grand vehicle failed wit more complications. but he failed to explain about ur vehicles. Totally failed ur teams in all of the divisions. service mechanics dnt know, way to adjust material at the time of non-available material, they dnt suggest and discuss with customer for take a decision making. still now i faced many problems wit ur teams from purchase date. so we decided to withdraw of purchasing TATA vehicles and we suggest to our coligues to avoid problems with purchase o[censored]r products, so may some people will save with ur worst service.

                  Hi, I booked a Tata vista tech vx in the month of June 2014. The loan has been approved by Hdfc bank, and I have paid 2 month EMI. But still they didn't deliver the car. When I approach the dealer, they are very irresponsible. They just try to convince me to take white colour car, whereas I have booked for grey colour. I have not seen such a worst car dealer. They treat customers like hell. They dont even have model cars in showroom. They show only brochures for choosing models. Place : pondicherry Dealer name : Manakular Motors.

                    There is an ongoing scam/fraud in the Indian Market using the name of Tata Motors India Corporation, No 24, Golmori Chauk, Tatanagar, Jamshedpur. They have a competition on the televison where the public is asked to identify a celebrity picture and then these same public is called informing them that they have won a grand prize of RS12 lakhs 80, 000 or a car as first prize which shall be paid by draft or you can opt for the car of the same amount. Now they calll from morning to evening from a mobile number [protected] forcing the public to pay Rs10, 500 hjas registration fees to claim this lottery prize, and this deposit has to be paid into the account of one Mr Kishore Kumar Singh SBI account Jamshedpur, Acct Number [protected]. They are not divulging any other details but only demanding the registration fees. This is a scam and the public needs to be made aware of the same. Police interference is required immediately

                      I have purchased a new tata aria pure lx model on 8th august 2014. From cargo motors ltd, ahmedabad. I had given my old car in exchange offer & had got a car loan from axis bank, gandhinagar. The loan amount that passed by bank authority is rs 845000 instead of rs 830000. So i have to get refund of rs 15000 from the same dealer-cargo motors.                           I had purchased a Safari Storm car in the month of December 2013 and I have already crossed second service. As far my experience in last eight months, the car has riding comfort but I am very much disappointed with the fuel service of the car. I don't know who can give me the reason of such poor fuel efficiency of a new latest version car where the other SUVs of other companies are giving better fuel efficiency. Secondly the car has built in Alpine car sterio without having any manual so that customer can operate the system satisfactorily. None in company authorised service station could guide us so far. I will be obliged if my complain is taken care with justified reasons at the earliest.

                            1.This unit had approached Tata motors for purchase of 2x Tata sumo vehicles through DGS&D vide there supply order no OMU(ADR)/SO/2014-15/01 dated 13/05/2014.and it was accepted by Tata moters vide their acceptance letter no RO-KOL/AD/DEF/14-15/Odisha/084 dated 13/06/14.
                            2.Inspite of our repeated correspondence with Mr, Arijit Deb, Regional Head (East) we have yet to get the delivery of our vehicles, Instead the officer concerned is not very customer friendly or can not even inform us the cause of delay.It is strongly felt that, as if Tata moters is doing a favor to us by delivering the above two vehicles, Its pertinent to inform u that during the same time we have already taken the delivery of one mohinndra scorpio vehicle and the vehicle is doing duties for last few weeks.
                            3. It is requested that necessary action may please be initiated at your end to ensure the delivery of the vehicles are done at the earliest to this unit located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha as the Unit is facing critical problems in its day to day Operations due to non availability of vehicles.
                            4.lastly let us all be made to feel proud that we are possessing the best Indian product (TATA VEHICLE) rather than re grating that we made a wrong choice.Regards,

                              1. That the undersigned send his Safari Dicor UP-25 AF 0691 for little noise & not wearing front window glass/brake pad on 14.11.2013. For noise, the service centre send my injectors for checking outside vender, after checking, he told me that repairing required in my Injectors. I denied for repairing & said to filled as it is. I have paid service bill Rs. 15, 000 including checking charges of 1500. After delivery of vehicle, I came along only one Kilometer, my vehicle was stopped & not started again. That Next day, on 20th November, 2013, I met Mr Mishra Supervisor of Shyamji Motors but he badly failed to explain the matters and he was not in a position to deliver the vehicle. I have complaint Tata Motors, their TS but they pressurised to me & under pressing situation, I have given approval to change the injectors for which I pay Rs. 42000/- . On 4.12.2013 when I talked with Mr.Anurag of Shyamji Motors, he told me that abnormal noise is still there and some another part needs to be changed & it will take time one week more. After changing ring & some other work done in the engine side like repairing of head, the vehicle delivered to me only on 04.01.2014 with noise. The supervisor of Shyamji Motors told me that after some time, this noise slowly-slowly will gone away. This alone fact clearly spelt out that my injectors had been damaged by Shyamji Motors by way of faulty working. It was the case of negligent working. After changing the injectors, some other repairs in engine as stated by work supervisor, the noise was still there, so I have again approached Shyamji Motors where Mr. Nitesh checked the vehicle & told me that the root cause of noise was not from Injectors. After 23 days, he delivered to vehicle with some little noise with the same answer that noise slowly-slowly will gone off. Just after one month, when I send my vehicle for checking, in the campus of Shyamji Motors, the work done by Netesh Ji has been failed as piston was broken. Again after 15 days, delivered vehicle to me on 23.07.2014. But within the month, on 19.08.2014, again piston was broken in the Cantt Area of Bareilly & came noising as much like as earlier piston has been broken, I have informed Mr. Netesh, & on his advice, again vehicle started & after running some distance, the smoke/oil will come from vehicle so at once ignition has been off by the my driver. Mr. Netesh was there at the site. On 20th Aug. 2014, the vehicle after toing, reached in workshop of Shyamji Motors and Mr.Netesh told me that Head of Engine, Piston etc. broken & you need to replace it amounting Rs. 1, 50, 000. That it is obvious from the above facts, from the date of 14.11.2013 to till date, all of work has been done by Shyamji Motors like changing the injectors, piston, ring but the vehicle could not run properly only because of the work had been done in my vehicle as experimental basis. The parts were not appropriate and working parameters was very low resulting damage caused to vehicle. All damages to my vehicle committed by Syamji Motors, the authorised service centre of the Tata Motors & it is against the professionalism & ethics of business & agency is responsible solely for all. 6. That you are informed that In the light of the above facts, returned my vehicle in the running condition after a fit certificate given by Tata Service Engineer within seven days else I will file a complaint with the Consumer Forum as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act-1986. This will at your cost & I will seek compensation for mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services.

                                Poor workmanship and cheating at authorized service center

                                well in my family we have had 4 Tata Motors Cars and we tried to prefer Indian company over others but constant bad experiences at the service center has forced to choose products from other companies. currently my car an Indigo Manza is lying with the service center for the 4th day now and for a minor repair like changing a heater plug in engine. Service centers employ untrained and careless people to repair our cars and what all damage...

                                We are filing complaints about our Tata Safari Storme after three months from the buying date of the car but they are not paying attention on our complaint, and the dealer we bought the car had left the dealership and the new dealer had came but there is no service centre and our car is under guarantee period we have bought our car on 28th November 2013 and we are complaining from February 2014 and there is unavailability of spare parts and lots of faults in the car and they are accusing us for going to the court and it's our 3rd or 4th Tata Safari.

                                  I am an owner of TATA SAFARI since 2011. I am not at all happy with the TATA product. It ran into so many issues in last 4 years that I am fed up with the quality of the vehicle and service provided. I have been waiting for last 4 days for a part to be delivered at the dealer ship and get my car fixed. Every time I am getting one reason or the other why my car is not ready. This is pathetic way of running the company and spare parts division. In long run this will be harmful for tata's car business if the reputation continues the same way.

                                    Dear Sir, I had purchased Tata Manza in 2010 and had driven105000 km till date. After driving 89000 km till date I had changed engine oil 6 times which is horrible. When I went to service centre, they are unable to diagnose problem and every time they say for top up of engine oil instead of finding exact problem. I am tired of wasting my time and money on such a poor quality product. My friends were saying earlier that don't buy Tata product as it is not reliable. But I was having trust on products earlier now I am loosing trust day by day. And I wont recommend anyone to buy Tata cars if my problems will not been resolved. Please resolve as soon as possible because its an engine issue. My vehicle no. is UK06N5002. Kindly do the needful and awaiting for your response as i have wasted my time and lots of money. Regards.                                       Dear Sir, I have purchased a new Tata Nano from Active Automobiles, Ahmedabad in the month of April and from then till date following up with the agency for my car registration. Even after submitting all the documents asked for till date I have not received my car permanent registration. They are harassing me every week by telling me all false things and delaying the whole process. I had trust on Tata as a company but never knew that I shall face this type of harassment from a great company like Tata. Have I done a mistake purchasing a Tata car. Please look into the same at the earliest.
