[Resolved]  Tata Motors — faulty and manufacturing defect in new car

Sir,

I purchased new tiago car on 15th of january 2019 in which i found on inspecting the car that it has rusting in many parts of the car. The radiator is also in damage condition. Engine also choke some times while shifting gears from 2nd to 3rd position. Rear doors safety rubber guards are also in broken condition. Front wiper water sprinkler are also not working properly. I had contacted the showroom regarding this issues and i tried to explain them all the problems and insisted to go through a full inspection of the car on 20th january 2019 and they took the car for inspection but in my presence they just check normally and told me that in first service they will change the rear door safety rubber guards will be changed. Other things doesn't matter and will not cause any problem to the car but i am not satisfied with the car i purchased as everyday i am finding new problems with my new car. I paid for new car and i am delivered a faulty and damaged car. I am submitting this car to the showroom and i want to get a new fresh undamaged and working new car for which i have paid the amount.

Requesting for a reasonable and positive reply for the inconvenience caused to me.

Hi Team,
Purchased recently Tata tiago from Concorde Motors Khirathabad Hyderabad.
They charged me 6500 as handling charges it seems it is illegal to charge could you please help on this.

Dear sir
I am using Tata tiago number JH01CE6147. I got a drastic accident and narrow escaped due to my luck. Accident occurred due to break down of rear axle.No hitting no collision no any driving faults, it was manufacturing defect. How can an axle be broke down. It means no one is safe inside car without even hitting or collision. I want to check the damaged axle by tata teams properly so that no one will get damaged product in future and prevent unwanted accident. I want my car back in previous condition before accident as this accident occurred due to manufacturing defect product provided by tata motors. Tata motors is solely responsible for such a horrific accident. Please return my car in previous condition. I hope a healthy reply and compensation from tata motors. Thank you
