I book tiago xz and dealer give me xz model with simple tyre cover but in new tiago brochure xz is coming with dual tone hyperstyle wheel?
I booked tiago xz on 28 december and then sales manager show me the xz model this model come with simple tyre cover as in xt model when i ask him for these tyre cover he say alloy wheels of tiago xz discontinued from it i say ok. But when i saw brochure there tyre type is dual tone hyperstyle wheel....

Vehicle servicing started on 21- dec 2018 and i was informed by technicians on 31 dec that all problems solved but still abs warning will be shown as such on panel, because it got memorised...

Hi... I had booked tata tigor xza from a dealer in bangalore. But i had to cancel the booking due to personal reason. I have paid 11k booking amount and dealer said they will take 2k cancelation charges which is not right. I have still not received refund since 7 days nor i have received cancelation mail from the dealer. Please look into this issue....

Due to some reason i have cancelled the booking but i have not yet received deposit refund value last one month. The shimla dealer always telling that md sign pending last one month and now a days solan team not pick my phone. Kindly do the needful is on urgent basis.br...

I bought a car on 13 Jan 2018 as first owner from Arya Motor Gurgaon, now dealer is denying to provide free service & warranty of spares / battery which need to replace because they have updated wrong customer name & date of delivery as year 2016 . their record.

Pls confirm if whether warranty is applicable from date of actual delivery of vehicle to first owner or date of manufacturing??

Sir, we are fed up with after-sale service of tata zambia team in zambia. Our (African mechanical and superlift ltd, chingola) 3 out of 6 xenon under breakdown since long back due to starting trouble. Surprisingly 2 were in tata service station since last may 2018.

I am Apu Dey. I was borrowed a Auto Loan of Rs. 6, 48, 000 on 28/12/2011 vide Loan No. [protected] from Tata Motor Finance (TMFSL). I have already done full repayment of this loan on 19/04/2017 without any dues & the date of Closed of this loan was 22/04/2017.

It's been officially announced by the court to remove handling charges while buying a car.. But still many dealers are levying handling charges of 6500 rs in addition for which the transport commissioner had already given clarification in 2016 that it is illegal to charge handling charges as extra since all those are already included in exshowroom price.. I had purchased a car tata bolt from authorized sale dealer of tata from hamirpur, himachal pradesh in may, 2016.in built music system was supplied alongwith the car.in june, 2017 the music system became out of service.
