Tata Motors — Faulty Car Altroz

It is really upsetting to write this for a giant group company like Tata Motors.To start with I have used a Tata vehicle, Manza, for the last 13 years; hence a Tata Loyal; or so I would now think about.
Was time to change the car so of course I opted for Tata Motors and purchased an Altroz from Rudra Motors, Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra.My vehicle delivery was taken on 22nd April, on the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritya. I mention that cause I took the delivery without a number as the day was good.Because there was no number I did not drive for 2-3 days.
I then got my number and drove my car barely for 3-4 days and it was a delight.Until, the day I was returning from work when I experienced some vibration in the car. Next day I decided to take the car to get it checked if required.it was a nightmare. My car vibrated so bad I thought it would just break down into pieces. I tried to switch the AC on and the car actually just stopped in traffic.A bit later I restarted and luckily reached office, with no respite in the vibration at all.
I called Rudra Motors who at first said will get the car picked. then I got a call from some team there saying they can pick the car only the next day. I insisted it be checked the same day. Hence a pick up was arranged by them and a driver picked the car saying you will get a call once the car reaches the service centre. NO call was recvd and I didnt know where my car was and true so till the next day. I went home via auto waiting for the call. Trust for Tata perhaps.
Finally my car was being looked on Thursday, 4th May. I was told the car will be ready by 4th eve, :the car was scanned then checked manuallythe by a team of TATAAll this bcoz they could not understand what the issue was; what was causing the vibration. Of course there was no proactive update given to me at any stage.Then I spoke to Hafeez who gave me one explanation, next was Vinayak Patil, with another explanation. Finally I asked for a meet with the owner of Rudra motors Nitin Deshmukh.I was told Nitin Deshmukh is out of town, but the GM Mr Vinayak [another person same name] would meet me.So on 7th May we had a meet with him where I demanded to get a replacement for the car with a new one. Once registered it's not possible at all is what I was told. Again outside the GM cabin I was told it's a motherboard issue and in 5 mins the GM said there is a wire cut. No one seemed to be on the same page...while I appreciated the fact that they were acknowledging that they could not figure out the problem; does not solve my issue travelling 21kms one side daily without a car; spending at least 800-1000 a day.It was agreed upon after a long discussion that I would get all of what has happened on an email:the delivery the issue, non detection of the problem, the work done on the carthe issue figured finallythe solutiona new guarantee/warranty again from the day the car is deliveredI got a call yesterday 9th May that my car is ready for delivery. However, I denied the delivery because they have not bothered to send the email before delivery as was happily and readily agreed by them.I am still traveling by auto and spending that amount inspite of buying a vehicle.
