I have purchased Tata Nexon from Keshva motors mulund on 27th Mar 23 but in all the documents like Tax invoice, Delivery acknowledgement and etc they have mentioned incorrect address means typing mistake due to which haven't received the RC book also. I have been following since long but till now they haven't provided me the correct documents.. Request to support as me as a customer is struggling to get the documents but sales people are not responding.
Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
What is the use of this? I didn't receive any call/support from team. Even I tried reaching Devendra Dhawkhar on mail he has also not resolved this issue. Hope you people are working for CSAT..

    I own a tata nano cng + petrol car.
    I would like to bring in to notice to the company about the faulty cng pressure regulator issue.
    My car has running of 78000kms any after that my cng pressure regulator started showing issues. I have checked it from nearest tata sevice station. But they say your pressure regulator has to be changed.

    Harrier car

    On 27/03/2023, I had booked a Tata Harrier XZA+ from Keshva Motors, mulund weat mumbai and gave them a cheque of Rs 21, 000 as booking amount. On 30/03/2023, I gave them a cheque of Rs 5, 00, 000 and was promised that the car would be delivered on 14/04/2023. However, this promise was not fulfilled, and I was informed that my car would be delivered on 22/04/2023, so I gave them the remaining amount (21, 39, 000) on 13/04/2023.

    With refence to above matter i am kamlesh chayande from nagpur having a tata nao automatic one month ago its has the starting problem all of a sudden, my car run is only 30 thousand km when i showed it to tata safeway motors, they checked it and taken whole one month and after checking that they have given an estimate of 2 lakh for changing the part of gear box and auto transmission system only
    when the cost of vechile is 3 lakh rupees and you are charging for replacement of gear box and auto transmission of rs 2 lakh which is not justificable and the charges are exorbitant this show that being a valued cusstomer of your company aou are not providing poper services and nor did you charge properly for replacement of part which demonstrate that you are extorting money from your valued customer by way of charging exobirant rate of part of the vechile which attract the deficency in provideing proper and valued services to the customer like me
    hence you are requested to replace the part of my vechile with no cost as per the condition of free waranty my vechile runeed only 30 thousand km with good maintancae condition or else i would be compailed to take recourse of any legal action

      1. Rear Seat Fitment is not proper and center bolts are not installed.
      2. Poor PDI done, because all front and rear Fender Lining nuts are loose.
      3. Illuminated Scuff plates installed by the showroom not properly installed due to that door color removed and door beading getting damaged.
      4. All Door Noise, door alignment not proper, low quality of door beading
      center locking issue.
      5. Harman Infotainment system updated and repaired 3-4 times then also it was getting lags due to that reversing the vehicle is very difficult. After this system was replaced, the new system had the same problems as previous.
      6. While running the vehicle door gets unlocked automatically.
      7. Dicky not getting opened easily requires more effort to lift the dicky.
      8. New body noise detected after all above issues.
      9. The last TSD solution by the service center takes a week and 1 full CNG tank and half PETROL tank for trials. Do I buy this vehicle for my use or for Tata Motors R & D purpose ?
      For all of the above issues I visit rudra motors 10-12 times, everytime service adviser gives his best for my vehicle but still my vehicle is getting new issues or shows manufacturing defects again and again.
      Rudra motors repairs my vehicle till warranty lasts but after that they will take charges for the same.

        Hi Sir

        I have owned a TATA Tiago XZ Petrol Car 2016 model TN 14 J 0038. It has run just 35000 KM only and its Electronic Power Steering has failed now. I am really worried and disappointed that why I purchased this car from TATA Motors.

        Apart from that I had given my vehicle to TATA authorized dealer, Lakshmi Motors, Chennai, they said that there is no spare parts available at TATA Motors. and again I left my vehicle at The True Sai Works, Salem for replacing the spare parts (EPAS). They are also telling that there is no part available, but they would try their level best to replace the parts.

        Please let me know what would be the solution for this. I am waiting for your reply.

          I have brought a TATA Tiago, towards the first 10000 draw only believing that the price was special price and the range mentioned
          Tata Tiago EV XZ Plus Tech LUX Fast Charge ; Driving Range, 315 km/full charge ; Power, 73.75 Bhp ; Charging time, 3.6 Hours ; Boot Space, 240 L (Liters).
          Driving Range: 315 km/full charge
          Power: 73.75 Bhp
          Battery Capacity: 24 KWh

          Today when I drive the motor, please check the attached Picture as test driven with me on Mumbai Gujarat express highway 20 days after purchasing

          Do you want me to drive the vehicle at 30 as I understand that he was driving at 95 Wh/Km

          Do you want me to drive a 35 KM/Hr to reach my destination, this is more like a Buggy Car( Toy Car)

          It is after selling the vehicle that now they also state that due to Temperature the range will reduce.
          Currently with a Full charge below is the screen shot for 100 % charge

          I have been writing mails but seems there is no genuine reply and concern, please intervene either give me the solution to my investment and TRUST ion Tata
          Tat has been charitable, but be responsible socially to sell the right product and proper Info

          Reply ASAP from highest it is 2 months I am sleepless, and this has been a Big investment form all my savings as I retire next 2 month
          In Mumbai Ola /Public mode of Transport is far better and I don’t need this car for local driving

          Please reply ASAP, before I Publish this matter and take Further Action

            I am from Trivandrum kerala, my Tata tigor diesel XM model, Vehicle no. KL 01 CF 8566 had a low pulling issue and was given for servicing on 3rd May, 2023. Theres no proper response from Trivandrum motors service centre regarding the parts availability or status on when my car will be ready. Technicians not responding calls.               Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am writing to bring to your attention an issue that I have recently experienced with my Tata car. I purchased the car just 15 days ago and noticed that the tyres on the right side were of 3 months old manufacturing, while the ones on the left side were 11 months old. This is a clear case of mismatched tyres and it has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and concern as yesterday left rear tyre got crack.

              As you may know, mismatched tyres can lead to a number of problems, such as uneven wear and tear, poor handling, and compromised safety.
              This is especially concerning for a new car and it is unacceptable that this issue was detected during the pre-delivery inspection but neither informed to me nor corrected.

              I have attempted to resolve this issue by reaching out to the dealer from whom I purchased the car, but they have been unresponsive to my concerns. Therefore, I am now filing a formal complaint with you and seeking your assistance in resolving this matter.

              I urge you to take swift action to rectify this issue and ensure that my car is fitted with tyres o[censored]niform age and quality. I also request that you provide me with a written assurance that the car is safe to drive and that the issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.

                    Due to blessing from God I escaped from a fatal road crash that happened to me due to axle break down of my tata tiago. Axle break down is not a common disaster. It means no one is safe inside car even without hitting or collision. I want full inspection from tata motors company.It seems that it was manufacturing defect. I want a response from tata motors team.

                        Booked Tata harrier at SCHAKRALAYA MOTORS PVT. LTD Puducherry on 23rd Feb 2023, and later on canceled because the final price was going out of my budget, had confirmed the same to the sales guy Mr. Praveen regarding the same which he acknowledged, but after following up for the past 2 months no response from him, Dropped him several text, calls, message, and Email, but not a single response from him, tried reaching the showroom people, where they have asked to coordinate with him only and later disconnected the call, Really Surprise and Sad with the kind of revert from the entire team kindly look into it before I will go all out on Social media regarding the same

                          Bought out Altroz on Novemeber 2021. From the time we get always issue, issue. No one has solved our problem. No, particular issue always some issue is rising, More than 50 times we visited service centre, showrooms etc... but our problem didn't solve is there any way to change the vehicle or you can take the vehicle and give our money back. We are very down after getting this car always issue, issue. We loved TATA so only we get Altroz. But after getting this car, upto 10 generations we decided not to get TATA cars in my opinion. Quality, issue solve all poor. We are thinking now, why we got this car, ? We lose our money, energy etc...

                            We recently on 24th April 2023 purchased a Tiago ev. Right from the time of delivery there were issues the paint was chipped off and many other issues. After we took delivery and started driving there was rattling noise in the boot. We informed the showroom and they said we shall solve it at the time of servicing. The next day on 25th April while driving the vehicle the Ac of the car was going off on its own and was not coming on for hours. Also the brake regen was not workingWhen we informed the dealer they called us to the service centre which is 40kms away from my place. We took the car and told them to check by the time the Ac had started to work. Without doing a thorough check they said since it’s working there’s no problem. You get it if it stops working. About the regen they told us regen works only before 70% charge. But the regen previous day was working at 90% charge. That means either the incharge dint have knowledge of what happens or was trying to escape from issues. Immediately after reaching home again the Ac went off
                            When we informed the dealer they again called us and said we need to keep the vehicle for checking. After hours of follow up the incharge person at 5:30 tells us we can’t identify the issue. We need to order some parts and check which can take 4 or more days. When we told the the car we need for our work and it’s difficult for us to manage work as we both work they said they can’t do anything. I requested them to give us a courtesy car (spare car) till it gets repaired they said they don’t have a spare car. And they cannot arrange anything. As for 4 days we had our work planned we had to take a rental car and pay 2000 per day. When asked them to at least compensate me for the rental car they said they will get back but nobody has reverted. The dealer was Sp motors Panjim
                            The customer service there is pathetic. Cars are delivered to customers without a pre delivery inspection.

                              Since i brought tata nexon xms petrol varient, i have been facing problem in side light and hazardious light, when we start the engine it works perfectly and after few minutes it doesn't work and again after some time it might work, we have been regularly taking this vechile in authorized tata service center but they are not able to slove this issue, would you please help us to find the acutual solution
