MH 46 N 1833, nano car met with an accident.Driver side door was damaged. When i spoke to Fortune Cars Private Ltd (TTC Industrial Area, MIDC, Thane Belapur Road, Nerul, Navi Mumbai - 400706, Opposite Uran Phata ), I was informed that the damage will be rectified with the insurance claim bring the Vehicle . I and my husband went there and the car was parked formalities were done.After 10 days my husband spoke to them regarding the car, they just were playing inky ponky with him. Finally next day we received the mail with estimated bill of Rs 88000 / (approx) with payment of Rs 33000 / from us. A heated argument with Mr. Venkat took place. and finally we recieve a call of paying the parking charges. Today i spoke to Ms Tanaya phone no[protected], who tried to sort out the problem with the condition that we should go to the workshop and sit with them and select only those item which is important so that the estimated amount for repair comes down . I lost my temper only for the reason that first you tell us that these these many parts needs to be repaired and then when i pressurize they say what ever part you want will be done? How can you epect these words from such a big Motors Company ? If i do and again i met with some accident than who is responsible? only for 33000/ i and my husband cant take the risk. Either I want the car to be perfect or i will take the help of consumer court. For merre this petty amount i will not at all take the risk .Now in any caes i cant trust the Fortune Cars..
