Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked Tata Zest XM RT 90 PS on 19 Feb 2015 through Tata Zest booking portal for which I have received booking confirmation mail and on 29 Apr 2015 I have got the delivery of my vehicle from Automatrix, mangalore after paying 6, 48, 000+ 21, 000( booking amount ) but My registration and life Time Road Tax still pending as dealer saying that booking amount is not received by the dealer. My registration and road tax is delayed too much. I don’t understand when I have paid the money online to Tata Motors, selecting the dealer Automatrix, mangalore, then why there is no communication between the authorized dealer and tata motors. Why customer is being harassed when he has paid the booking money through online booking portal of TATA MOTORS. If this matter is not solved immediately, then I have no alternate except approaching to consumer forum. I am attaching the booking confirmation and my on line transaction detail for you reference. Now I came to understand, why public preferring Maruti and Hyundai vehicle. There is no communication between Tata Motors and their authorized dealers. When I am contacting the dealer, they are saying that they have sent the mail to Tata Motors but they did not get any response till now.Please try to understand, any customer, after paying full amount for purchase of vehicle, embarrassed in this way, how he will feel? Tata Motors have opened their online booking portal and in that portal there is option to select the authorized dealers but after making online payment, there is no communication between Tata Motors and authorized dealers.
I am also working in Public Dealing Services, i.e. State Bank of Mysore, I know, any customer come across this type of situation, nothing more will happen, in the long run, reputation of that business organization will go down. I will get my money back going to consumer forum but any body on the finance of my bank, going to purchase any vehicle, I will suggest not to go for any vehicle from Tata Motors.

Customer has sent us email on 08 May 2015 and the same is
registered vide case id no. 1330197 Customer has done the premature termination
on 21 March 2015 by paying INR 24800 against the total balance INR 27427 i.e.
2627 less.
Called to customer but the same is not reachable.
Contract is possible to
terminate on 17 June 2015 without any additional charges/Amount.
