I wish to complain about the first free service of my car (TATA Zest Revetron 1.2L 90 ps XMS - KL 52 H 1863) that held on 19th and 20th of March at SkyHigh Motors, Perinthalmanna. I am complaining because no issues were resolved by the service held on the mentioned date. The detailed issues are given below: 1.Issue with power delivery: [protected][protected]- I am experiencing an issue with the power delivery of my car. The power delivery not seems to be linear and the performance of my car degraded considerably on acceleration aspect. I mentioned the same before the service and no actions were taken to resolve this. 2. Issue with AC Blower Fan : [protected][protected]---- As the AC fan was noisy, I complained and it got replaced on 20th March 2015. Still the fan is making noise. 3.General feedback of Service [protected][protected]------ I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by SkyHigh Motors. When I first learned of this problem, I complained this to SkyHigh Motors service manager by E-Mail on 21 March.But still I didn't get any replay by E mail. He assured me that experts from tata motors will take care of thist within 2-3 days. But no actions were taken till date. Finally he called and told me to wait for one more week . I believe that this response is unfair because I am still experiencing the problems and your company is responsible of taking care of this .

    I am copying content from an email that I had sent to some people in TATA motors as I got no response from the customer care department. But still till today nothing has been done. With Reference to the discussion that we had today afternoon I am putting all my complaints against the dealer (U Motors Wagholi, Pune) & Tata motors customer care below. I hope you’ll take up this matter up with Tata Motors higher management. U Motors: 1) I had booked and paid in full for my Tata Zest car in Dec 2014. The delivery was committed for 4th Jan’2015. It was never done and after quite a follow up with the dealer it was finally done on 21st Jan. 2) The sales man were not aware of the documents that were required for the registration and keep coming up with new documents that I need to give him for getting the car registered. 3) The initial welcome call was never done because of which every time I tried connecting to Tata Motors customer care they refuse to log any complaint as my car details were not there. 4) Even the dealership people didn’t fill any details on the owner manual, warranty cards, battery warranty card. I had to go there again to get that all filled. 5) I was continuously following up with the team at U Motors about my registration and they said it is under process. One fine day I got to know that they have actually lost my documents and I have to give them a new set for processing. All this while the papers were not submitted and I was simply fooled in waiting for the registration number. 6) I then met there HR and complaint about my registration, that is when I came to know about missing papers. This meeting was held on 6th Feb. In spite of this meeting and repeated assurance by the HR as well as the owner of the dealership the registration process was not expedited. There executive came and collected the chassis no for my vehicle on 16th Feb 2015. I was surprised that they didn’t even had the chassis no of my vehicle. 7) Finally I got my registration plate on the night of 21st Feb. The car was simply standing in my parking from 21st Jan till 21st Feb as without the registration number I didn’t wanted to drove around. 8) Even when the registration was done they never provided me with the road tax papers. I had to go there and collect the same this happened on the next weekend probably on 28th Feb. 9) While collecting the road tax document I noticed that they have taken wrong insurance. First the model of my car was mentioned wrongly, secondly I was given comprehensive insurance instead of zero dep (Which I had opted during booking). This I had mentioned during car delivery also when the cover note was given to me. The sales executive corrected it manually and said the original policy will be zero dep only I need not worry. I have all the document to prove in case dealer disagrees with this. 10) I was now asked to take my car to the insurance S.B road office on 12th March where a new policy will be given and the old one will be cancelled. I waited there in afternoon sun for almost an hr as the dealer guys never reached on time. Once he came the insurance guys did something but the insurance cover note was not provided, they said it will be sent to the dealership tomorrow, that tomorrow hasn’t yet come. 11) Also the dealer guys told me you’ll get a refund of Rs 14716 from the insurance company as the old policy will be cancelled, so I have to give the dealer a cheque of the same amount. I had given the cheque to the dealer but still haven’t received any cheque from the insurance company. This process was supposedly completed in a day but a week has passed and it is still not done. 12) Till date I haven’t received the corrected insurance papers. 13) The details of extended warranty as well as gold AMC contract are still awaited from the dealer. 14) I have made 3 trips to the dealer ship to get the issues resolved. The distance from my home to dealership is 30 KM (to and fro). Who is responsible for the time and the money that I had spent?? 15) I have made at least 100 if not more calls to the dealer personnel’s as well as customer care but issues aren’t closed till now. Again Who is responsible for the time and the money that I had spent?? Tata Motors customer care: 1) Firstly your executive aren’t interested in resolving. Initially they kept on saying that my chasis number is not coming in search so they can’t take my complaint. 2) I had raised 4 complaints. Two of them I have the numbers 1-[protected], 1-[protected] 3) Initially when the car delivery was not done I made a complaint on 20th Jan. The executive enquired on 18th Feb almost after a month, I could only laugh and disconnected the call. 4) The complaint that I made were closed after they received feedback from the dealer. What I don’t understand was how can a complaint be closed till you have taken the feedback from the customer whether his problem is actually resolved or not. Funny part is they say you raise another complaint since the old complaint is already closed. There is no mechanism to reopen a complaint. 5) Twice I asked about escalating my complaint and I would like to talk to some senior executive or manager who can make a difference as the junior executive were saying only practiced sentences. Once they made me wait for about 4-5 minutes and said no senior executive is free. Second time I said I’ll wait for as long as you want then the call was transferred to a guy named Vishnu- that man was from another world instead of listening he was interested in making his own point. During another call the lady said Mr. Prafull will call me as he is not free now – that call never came. 6) They keep on transferring my call from one department to another department insurance, customer care, grievance. Finally the lady from grievance department gave me Mr. Matthews number who suggested to drop an email explaining my ordeal. Person whom I have interacted with at U Motors: 1) Mr. Ranveer ( Owner) 2) Sheetal CRM 3) Shamina CRM 4) HR head 5) Feroze Sales manager 6) Anil Deshmukh sales executive 7) Tushar sales executive 8) Vinod Nemade My Vehicle Details: Chasis No:MAT6232 51ELP34536 Registration No: MH12 LP 8763 I might have probably forgotten some of the points but above description should be sufficient for you to initiate an internal inquiry against the dealer. I was warned by people about the dealership experience of tata motors but I thought things will change with Zest as I read and heard repeated things about how TATA is working on to completely change this experience for their new Zest vehicle. I am sorry but my experience has been going from bad to worse, I would definitely not be recommending any one to buy a TATA vehicle especially from U Motors. PS: I am really lucky as so far my experience of driving the car has been pretty good otherwise bad customer service & a bad car would have been a deadly combination.       HELLO MY NAME IS KALAIVANI FROM UDUMALPET(TAMILNADU).I HAVE BOOKED TATA ZEST WHITE COLOR IN TATA-TAFE ACCESS SHOWROOM IN UDUMALPET.THE VECHILE HAS CAME AFTER BOOKING AND THE NORMAL POOJA FORMALITIES ARE ALSO MADE. I HAVE ALSO PAID THE AMOUNT OF RUPEES 1, 21, 000/-.AFTER TWO DAYS THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT THERE IS SOME PAPER FORMALITIES SO WE ARE TAKING THE VECHILE TO UDUMALPET SHOWROOM. THE SHOWROOM MANAGER & REPRESENTATIVE SAID THAT AFTER COMPLETING THE PAPER FORMALITIES THE VEHICLE(TATA ZEST) WILL BE HAND OVER TO YOU.EVEN AFTER THE COMPLETION OF PAPER WORKS I DIDN'T GET MY VEHICLE BACK OR MY AMOUNT OF Rs.1, 21, 000/-.         1. I bought an Indica Vista Aura petrol in Apr 2010. The registration number is DL 10C 1647. 2. The vehicle has had a few problems which include failure of the fan leading to a panic situation because smoke started to emanate from the engine. 3. Latest is non functioning of the AC on account of failure of control panel as also leakage of gas. 4. These are pointers to lack of quality assurance. Would you kindly look into it. A reply would be appreciated.

          I have tata nano car(2012). Car no is GJ7AR-5714. I visited your services station at last sunday for taking the benefits of warranty. But your warrant executive Mr. Jignesh Mevada told me that you are not eligible for it because I had not done services in your service station. Any his atitude to wards the customer is very rude and aggressive. And this all things he gives me in writing. My car completed 30000 km. I hope positive response from your side.

            I am K.Suriyakumari. I have Tate Aria Car Reg.No: TN 69 AV 0797. In my car, clutch damper-kit cut in fly wheel side on 21.02.2015 at Kovilpatti. At that time my car was repaired at Kumaran Automobiles, Tirunelveli. Then i take off my car after some a days from the sevice centre. After four days some noise come from joint side and check engine problem igniation icon is came and suddenly car is stopped at while the driving. Because they are not repaired well during the service. Again i went to Tirunelveli Kumaran Automobiles for service on 20.03.2015. They are not know the problem of Check Engine icon. They arrested the noise but some vibration from the body of the car. Some noise is come from the car at the time of speed in 100 km speed. Before the repair problem that noise is not came. I am not satisfied in my car repairing. I have afraid to drive the car while long driving. If these problems will come in my car at future what can i do? I am very feel about that problem and also very feel for buy the Tate Aria Car. Please solve my problem.

Dear Sir, It is my pleasure to introduce myself as Mr. Deepak Kudva belongs to a small town near Mangalore. I purchased TATA ZEST KA.19.ME.5722 as on 8th October 2014, wherein I got full satisfaction with its performance. On 8.02.2015 my vehicle met with an accident. On 11th of Feb 2015 car has been kept for repair with your dealer in Mangalore M/s. AUTO MATRIX –MANGALORE. On 26th of same month Insurance Company has given the approval for repair of vehicle. But I regret to say that from 26th of Feb to till date my vehicle is not been touched. There is no progress in the work. The reason behind in the delay is floor and side wall of the vehicle has not been dispatched. Rest of the parts has been sent which of no use unless Auto Matrix receives the side wall and floor. They cannot start the work without these two. It is getting delay in-spite of several requests. It’s been 22 days now, and TATA MOTORS is not showing any interest. I am highly disappointed with the service you are providing to the customer. Hope you understand my concern and also hope you will support me in this issue.                     Dear Sir I have purchased Tata Safari EX p White delivery as per subject From Dealer A B Mehta Motors P Ltd. Jandialla Bypass.Amritsar. Finance amount was paid by HDFC Bank Ltd. and other balance payment along with RC Charges was paid to dealer. For which dealer is liable to pay Road tax on our behalf. the car met an accident on 28/12/2014 due to which a major loss arise equaling to total loss. Unfortunatly dealer has not deposited Road Tax amount. The claim has been repudated by Insurance company. The car was insured by Future Generali Insurance Company Ltd vide policy no 2014-V3416058-FPV dt 21/11/15. I am very much annoyed with care less attitude of dealer. I have visited/requested many times to dealer staff to look way out to solve issue. But all my efforts has gone in vein. Hence I request you to please ask your dealer to pay me damages or what so ever possible to provide me car in order.

                      Sir, I went to Raghvashi motors G T Road Shahadara, auth. Service center for tata motors for wheel alignment & balancing on[protected]. There wheel alignment machine is not working still they open the job card & did it. When I asked them if there machine is out of order why didn't they told me that there machine is not working & they will do it manually. I will get the job done some where else. Doing manually they did not do the job properly steering wheel is still not aligned properly. Is this is the way tata service centers fools there customers.

                        Sir i had purchased indigoecs cr model from joshi auto zone in march 2013, when i got first service done from joshi auto, after service when i start engine in morning i found there is noise coming from a/c belt or alternate belt, i visit many time joshi auto, but my problem is still there, after joshi auto surrender the dealership, i checked it at macro motor mohali pb, there also i visit many time, but they cant rectify my problem, Many time macro motor recall my car for repair the fault, and my car stationed with them 3 or more days, they never give me alternate car, Now my 2nd and 3rd service done from macro motor mohali, but my fault still there, I also done my extended service, and AMC gold from macro motor mohali, This is my 2nd car from TATA motor, earlier i had TATA indica xeta lpg car, which give me trouble from start of purchasing, Still i faith in TATA Motor and purrchased INDIGO ECS CR car, but this car also give trouble to me, Kindly rectify my fault earlier,

                            I bought TATA Vista (Quadrajet) car in Oct 2011 and by buying this car, I made my life's biggest mistake as there are lot of problems in my car and sent my car to Kamal & Company many times for repairing but not resolved problem permanently and also sent car to Roshan Motors many times but same thing happened, they have also not resolved my problem properly.                               I Sumanta Roy purchased a car TATA ZEST-XM QJT 90PS, engine no.-101A[protected], chessis no.-MAT624026ELJ19292 and CRN : CR[protected] for Rs7, 57, 687.00 on 13.03.2015. After handing over the DD at 1:30PM to the representative of dealer VTR Marketing Pvt. Ltd, Kharagpur, Westbengal the car was delivered at 5:00PM.The car was never shown to me before the delivery time stating that "the car is in godown" and thereafter"at workshop getting ready for delivery." It is the faith that TATA Motors can never cheat his customer, I agreed to all statements of dealer. At 5:00 when sunlight goes dim, the car was delivered. I was very happy getting a dream car and straight drove to home. While parking at my home premises, my eye went to the KM reading. I was astonished it was 783KM(My home to showroom is about 4KM). On enquiry to dealer at 5:30PM it was stated -"It is due test run done by TATA MOTORS". On complain to TATA MOTORS customer care between 6:30-7:00PM they refused to lodge complain stating - "it was a problem between dealer and customer, they cant help". Now can I be sure that a used car has been intentionally sold to me by TATA MOTORS? 779KM of rolled car is not a small distance. There are many other evidence which can clear that the car has been used. Kindly solve this query/complain soon or I have to take further step.

                                Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Koraput Division, a PSU under Ministry of Defence situated at Sunabeda of Odisha State. The Company is having around 15 to 20 vehicles of Tata make. Company's Tata ACE OR10F-7009 was sent to nearest Tata Dealer M/s Kalinga Auto Syndicate, at Jeypore, Odisha for replacement of Engine with a Recon Engine . The dealer has submitted a quotation after dismantlingat their site. But after repairing the dealer has claimed an amount around Rs 8, 000/- more than the estimated cost. The repairing takes around 2 months time . About 4 times our people have gone to Jeypore for delivery of the aforesaid vehicle but the dealer has failed to delivery the vehicle and they also harassing our people all the time. After repeated reminder, finally we succeed to get our vehicle back after repairing. after coming to our factory when we start using of the vehicle, the temperature reaches to RED and the coolent temperature raised. We have requested the dealer to rectify the problem 20 days back and remind everyday. But there is no response from the Dealer till date. Also there is no number engraved in the Recon Engine.                                   Dear all, I had booked a Tata Zest from Rathod Motors, Vapi. But due to some unavoidable circumstances, we would not be able to proceed with the booking and wish to go for cancellation. When inquired with the same from dealer they told us that cancellation charges would be Rs 10, 000. Further on contacting tata Motors, they promised no such charges shall be deducted and the dealer will refund the full amount and they shared me the details of Gujarat Regional office to contact further on the issue and following is the reply received from them “It was mentioned in the Dealership Booking Policy that 10000/- cancellation charge shall be applicable in case of booking cancellation. Also your vehicle was held in stock by the dealer for a period of 1 month, post which you cancelled the booking.Hence, cancellation charge shall be levied.” Infact I cancelled the booking before the date of delivery but as they mentioned that 10, 000 charges shall be levied, I sought help of Tata Customer Care and due to their inefficiency and late replies, I pose these two questions to you: 1) Is this charge of Rs. 10, 000/- valid and legal? 2) I contacted Tata on 17/01/2015 and the final reply to this I got on 09/03/2015. Who shall be held responsible for the stock holded for a month as mentioned by your team member?

                                    Dear sir, 06.03.2015 I am Dr. G.Ponnudurai, working as Professor and Head at veterinary College, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. I bought a Indigo CS car in 2009 March, a total of 52 thousand KM it has run.Of late, the car showed a problem in pick up, especially while changing gear from high to low in city limits. With this complaint I left my car to the True Sai service center, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu on 14.2.2015, where I purchased this car, to set right the problem. But even after close to a month, the problem has not been solved and my car is still in the service centre. Whenever I asked the supervisor as to why such inordinate delay in rectifying the problem, he replied that as my car is in petrol version no experienced mechanical is available at the centre. I wonder, when a company is selling a car with particular version without technical expert to service the goods it sold. I regret to inform you if the same trend continues name of the reputed company like you may earn bad name among the customer.                                       When I drive in top gear at above 80 KMPH after sometime suddenly power is lost there is deceleration --engine RPM shoots---There is noise of loss of power.
                                      Intermittently Engine Check appears/disappears generally in clod season--
                                      Power loosing happen with Check Engine and without check engine lamp lighted--Tata authorised dealer Mgr says it is because of moisture of wire insulation Check engine appears--No solution as yet
                                      so far 5-6 times this incident happened.

                                        Dear sir, this my vehicle no TN09BX7104 its my 4th car from TATA motors from the first day onwards complaint first drive 100th kilometer Stering Rack cut, shock upser noise, clutch problem, Diesel tank cover total tight every time to take cutting player then only it will open wabling problem, door noise, brake noise, bonnet lever breaking this much problem but your dealer take the car every time for service but still some problems is there, your Ritopandey today come and he told me if you not give service you can go leagal actions we will see what is this consumer like a fool whethere your taking proper action to our vehicle or replace my car if you not give perfect solution we will go to consumer court and press you should take action with positivly Thanking you for TN09BX7104
