Dear sir, I have purchased 2nd hand tata manza about 8 months ago having manufacturing 2010. Recently there is a problem in engine with aloud noise. I showed the car to my regular servicing centre. After dismantling of engine there found some parts damaged the list of material are 1) Main connecting bearing, 2) Piston set, ring set, 3) Packing/gasket set, 4) Crank Oil seals, 5) Valve oil seal & valve set, 6) Timing belt & timing thresher, 7) Crank thrush washer... I have taken tata spare part dealers numbers from your customer care numbers but to no one dealer parts were available. Its very hectic that tata manufactured one car but no spares available in market. I am searching from 5 days for spares what to do. Only one option remained to sell car in scrap only.. or to go in consumer court.

    Dear team, I wanted to share with you my recent experience or rather torture I should call. Here are the sequence of events followed and made me frustrated to write to you: 1) My first visit to KHT motors and I was greeted nicely and later drove a very bad Tata Nano test drive vehicle. I had anyways decided to buy the vehicle so test drive vehicle didn’t change my mind. 2) My conversation started with KHT motors Domlur sales people. I understood about the Tata Nano 2015 model offer and we decided what all accessories will be offered by them. 3) I finally took all brochures and said my company will pay the amount and I will pick the car. 4) I was being forced by Manager and Sales rep that I should pay the booking amount, it will be refunded as soon as the car is delivered. I wasn’t ready to pay, still they asked me multiple times…I said I don’t have cash and they said you can pay by card for now and we will issue a cheque. Initially they said there is 2% CC service charge I need to pay and I said you don’t take deposit now as I’m not interested to pay booking amount. I am not in hurry to book the car and they said ok we will not charge anything and refund full amount. I paid and went. 5) Few days later I got to know that Tata Nano 2014 model has even better options and coming with 60gm gold offer for the similar model, when I asked KHT dealer about this and asked why you people didn’t update me this option…they just said it is not instock so didn’t update. How can they cheat customers like this? I asked other KHT dealer and the vehicle was available, that means they just hided facts with me and never notified what is best for the consumer. 6) I accepted that also and my leasing company paid the car on-road price and after that I was notified that insurance is required to take vehicle. 7) I got insurance done in 3 days and after that dealer people suddenly said now I need to get one form signed from my HR and after that vehicle will be sent for registration. I’ve no clue why that form was not shared on day 1 so I could’ve finished all formalities. I am not able to understand why sales people/manager didn’t communicate this to me. 8) I got the papers signed on next working day morning and asked dealer person to come and pick papers but he came only in evening and that day was lost from registration perspective. 9) I was promised that I will get the registration in one day but it was false promise and finally it took 3 days to get registration done. 10) Finally I picked vehicle on 30th April’2015 (after 8 days of payment being done), it was heavy rain day and the car was vax polished to hide the scratch on the back bumper. I couldn’t figure it because it was polished nicely. 11) I asked for the car cover and wheel cover (which were promised to me at the time of booking), and got a beautiful answer that we don’t have inventory and will give you as soon as it comes. 12) I asked about the booking amount I paid and I was being told that it will come from our whitefield office and it will take some time. I was asked to write a letter to issue 5000 rs cheque. Why should I write a letter for refund of my amount? I never was interested to pay that booking amount, I was forced to do so and later I am being asked to beg for it? I’m being made to write application to issue my booking amount cheque? Is this the way to treat customers? 13) I wrote letter and reached home, realized that mud-guards are not fit in the car and when called I was notified that the person who does this is not coming to work so it will be done as soon as he is back to work. 14) A week later my wife spoke to the dealer and asked about fixing mud-guard, Car cover and wheel cover. The response she got was the person who fixes it isn’t available and will get it done as soon as he is back, car cover and wheel cover is still not in stock and will give you as soon as it comes. She said ok. 15) I called the dealer again on 18th May’2015 and asked what happened, when do I get A) 5000 INR, B) Mud-Guard fixed, C) Car cover & D) Wheel Cover? And to my misfortune, it was horrible response from the manager and got to know that it will take 4-5 days more to get refund as the accountant is on leave…and other accessories we don’t have in stock and will give you when we’ve them and mud-guard will be fixed as soon as the person is back to work. 16) I can’t believe how this organization is working where an accountant is on leave for so many days and they do not have an alternative/back-up? A mechanic is on leave for over 3 weeks and they do not have a replacement/back-up? Accessories are not in stock for over 3 weeks? How do you make a consumer feel happy after all this? I really am disappointed to have faced all these issues while purchasing an Indian brand of car, I would never ever recommend this to anyone for sure. I don’t know what you / your team will do but I’m certain to put this everywhere in public forum and also raise it to all possible levels of consumer affairs. I hope that someone in your team also look at this issue and take firm action against such dealers who do not have respect for consumer.     I have faced the same experience recently. Worst service. For these people we are avoiding to buy Indian brands. They are shameless. They are non cooperative. Starting from sales person to the manager all are fraud. They will promise of so many things but then they will not act upon on single thing. You need to call them again and again for your purchase. Even after you have provided the total amount they will not deliver your car. THEY ARE SUPER CHEATERS. BEWARE OF these guys named Charan (sales person), Parker (sales mgr), Karthik (branch mgr) and last but not the least Arun (finance person). All these fraud people together in a team will cheat you. They are all the same. Nobody among these is honest.

      Hello Team, I bought Tata Safari from National Autowheels in June 2014. Since then this car is giving repeated Electrical and sensor problems. I have left the car at their workshop many times and often for the same problem. E.g. For MIL sensor (Check engine light), I left my car at least 7-8 times, then thrice for speedometer sensor problems. Recently a fault was found with ABS sensor also. If I have to leave my car many times for small problems like this, then I wonder whether they have competent engineers in their workshop. Many a times their service advisors overlook the problem and handover the vehicle as it is. E.g. I have reported in January that backside door is not opening from inside and I have left my car twice in their workshop after that but so far they overlooked that completely and problem is still there. 2 days back I took delivery of my car from their workshop and noticed that Odometer reading is now changed. When I left my car, reading was around 19000 but 2 days back, it was 14500. When I checked with service adviser, they dont seem to have any clue about it and they just pass the buck. In addition to that, I faced MIL sensor issues again. Also, there are issues with left indicator, left fog lamp and also left head lamp is not fitted properly. I am really surprised that, what kind of checks they performed, while giving the delivery of vehicle. This is gross negligence on the part of National Autowheels. I demand that TATA Motors take immediate action against them, as well as arrange for suitable compensation from them, in lieu of the loss I incurred in last 1 year. I have talked to Director of the company as well as General Manager and Customer Relationship Manager of Servicing team but sadly there is no change in their attitude. I also talked to Tata Motors Area Manager, Mr.Abhishek but he also failed to provide any concrete help. Today I came to know that dealer has closed the complaint, which I raised through Tata Motors customer care helpline. This is really shocking because: 1) How can dealer close the complaint and who has given them such authority? 2) If Tata Motors is letting a dealer close the complaint, what is the point then by involving Tata Motors customer service? This is really shocking to me that Tata Motors is also acting on terms of these dealers who are cheating consumers. If Tata Motors cannot handle the customer grievances, it should close down customer care helpline. Absolutely Pathetic!! Rgds, Akash [protected]

        Iam owning tata indica ev2 lx model it was done 16000 km..in 9000.km the ac conpresser gone and they have changed that one in waranty right now tge same problem preset ac not working properly. Then they toled to change the bottom hose. That was leakend. And now also the problem continuous... I need a good solution this is a new vehicle but its geetting a conplaint again and again

In this regard i lodge my complaint to customer care but still no action taken against service center

              It gives me immense pleasure to write this mail to you, I don't know whether it is the right place to drop this email. Anyways, "I am very much thankful and delighted with your world class service that you guys are providing to your customers." For past 7days since 8th midnight, I failed to get the right person to escalate this, its been a great learning of struggle, that I am fighting for my car, even to know the status of work done/not done at your place. My car has got breakdown on 8th midnight at BHAGALPUR, Bihar and I have asked your Emergency helpline for your kind help, since 12:04midnight I am so delighted with response from your guys that after 7 days even I am still waiting for a Single Call even from your people. Still my car is lying there and just now after so many abusive languages I have used at your people got a response that might be I will be able to get my car tomorrow, Saturday. Isn't a question to you and your service and your service engg's skill/knowledge. Hiw and why you expect that a person who has invested 7 odd lacs for a car will keep himself cool and calm and wait for infinty time for a single call to know about the status/problem even, it took 3 days to inform me, after 15+calls and shouting/abusing your people, what is the problem actually perhaps!!! Using perhaps as still my car is not completed and there is a expectation thrown to me for tomorrow, 16th may will get my car. Your customer care is perhaps most wrost call centre in this earth. They are bothered to hear even, simply they are telling that "voice is not clear" and they disconnect the call. Surprisingly one of your executive telling that there no any car in having that particular registration no. Wow!! And he became rigid on his statement and diconnected the call without telling anything to me. ALas!!!for your company, till how many days you will be dependent on Trucks only there also you are getting threats from Mahindra and ashoka leland and few more companies... I have opted you simply becasue that you are pure Indian company...may it was my biggest mistake that I made ever. Thanks for such delighting service... Congrats from core of my heart.                 Dear sir, My car (Tara zest)met with an accident on 21/04/15 near Baroda so I took it to the nearest authorized center of Tata in Baroda called miles motors.now they are doing it extreamly delay to get the car ready and giving so many reasons out of which don't know how many are valid and how many are not. By complaining at higher authorities I came to know that the miles motors were out of fund so they were not getting the parts but they didn't inform us the correct reason. And they said us all the parts are available with them only. When we call the manager of their services Mr.Josh used to give not proper answers as the result till the date I don't know what is the status of my car till what time I will be getting it. This kind of service is redicoulus and you should cancel the authorization of the miles motors.they are completely missguiding the customers.this will lead to bad impression of the Tata motors and the services of the Tata.motors in the customers minds.

                  when the car getting heat (after running or getting heat by sun ray) its remote system unlock get dissable.not opened by key remote. if opened by manual its give long horn. such type of problem happens only day time. if the car get cool (inner or outer side) then the car opened by key remote. i am facing this problem since four months. i had lodge a complain at local tata moters servicing centre (Maa Samleswari tata Motors, sambalpur, Odisha). but they didnt find the solution.they told me that when you face the problem immediately call us. now i face the same problem but they didnt respond. my car regd no. is OD 15 D 1636, INDIGO,

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked Tata Zest XM RT 90 PS on 19 Feb 2015 through Tata Zest booking portal for which I have received booking confirmation mail and on 29 Apr 2015 I have got the delivery of my vehicle from Automatrix, mangalore after paying 6, 48, 000+ 21, 000( booking amount ) but My registration and life Time Road Tax still pending as dealer saying that booking amount is not received by the dealer. My registration and road tax is delayed too much. I don’t understand when I have paid the money online to Tata Motors, selecting the dealer Automatrix, mangalore, then why there is no communication between the authorized dealer and tata motors. Why customer is being harassed when he has paid the booking money through online booking portal of TATA MOTORS. If this matter is not solved immediately, then I have no alternate except approaching to consumer forum. I am attaching the booking confirmation and my on line transaction detail for you reference. My mobile no is [protected] & [protected]. Now I came to understand, why public preferring Maruti and Hyundai vehicle. There is no communication between Tata Motors and their authorized dealers. When I am contacting the dealer, they are saying that they have sent the mail to Tata Motors but they did not get any response till now.Please try to understand, any customer, after paying full amount for purchase of vehicle, embarrassed in this way, how he will feel? Tata Motors have opened their online booking portal and in that portal there is option to select the authorized dealers but after making online payment, there is no communication between Tata Motors and authorized dealers. I am also working in Public Dealing Services, i.e. State Bank of Mysore, I know, any customer come across this type of situation, nothing more will happen, in the long run, reputation of that business organization will go down. I will get my money back going to consumer forum but any body on the finance of my bank, going to purchase any vehicle, I will suggest not to go for any vehicle from Tata Motors.

                          Hi Customer care Team, This is to bring to your notice about certain issues: First of all I will introduce myself: I am Anurag Chauhan, I own 2 tata vista VX quad, cars 2013 and 1 tata Nano, I am based out of Lucknow. This mail is regarding issues faced with Tata Nano service in last 6 - 7 months. My car ODO reading is 24000 and is going to complete 4 years in 2015 May, its Nano CX 2011 May model. Regular service + Timely maintenance is done at Reliance Motors Lucknow, Faizabad Road. Car Registration no. is UP32 DU 1300 registered in name of Anurag Chauhan (#[protected]) In the month of Aug 2014 I saw 1 light was blinking in the dashboard when shown at Reliance they told this is all because of fuel pump and I need to replace it they changed it for approx. 1400.00 but after few month in March 2015 I faced similar issue again and they told I need to replace the fuel pump. I told them I had already replaced it and it should be covered under warranty also last time you people have charged amount to me but vehicle is under warranty may be this can be covered under warranty. They said they will check and said ok we will repair it- I do not know how a fuel pump can be repair this is just making customers fool. Again they did service and had charged for repairs also(pls check vehicle history). I am still facing same problem in my car. Since this car is used by my wife it will be tough If anything happens on highway with break down. you have to take n no. of self to start the vehicle. I do not know why tata is taking there customers so casually although they were known for taking special care for their customers and employees- even I am planning to start a campaign NOT TO BY A TATA VEHICLE if a company who is stating that they are making cars for every class and they are unable to take care, what's the use of purchasing it. I my self did customer mystery audit for tata in the past as I worked for IMRB International and currently I am working with Nielsen where we know that companies are spending a lot of amount if there sales gets dip to know the insight and to cure it. I complained several times at customer care and they say pls give your feedback we will do this we will do that, but they are just interested in collecting feedback only not for solving it. If you can do anything pls do. Otherwise I am planning to put a caption on the rear windscreen of the car saying TAT are cheaters and do not care for customers, pls do not buy tata cars. and also write mails to MD/CEO of tata. I am writing this as I am unable to get any mail id for writing complaints. Advisor who attended my Vehicle is Mr Dwivedi and Mechanic was : Sonu. Hope you can understand my problem and help me in getting this solved.

                            Internationally recognized car manufacturers list contains name of “Range Rover’s” luxury car prompted to purchase cars. We have bought Vehicle No-MH46X5 ( Model No Range Rover 3.0 TDV6 Vogue and Engine no[protected]DT) on 29th March 2013 vide Invoice No- NMPL/2012-13/RRV/133 through order dated 21st March 2013 & Order no- NMPL/2012-13/BA/133 through Indian dealer Navnit Motors Pvt. Ltd. located at Mumbai. Within the restriction clauses of the warranty while the vehicle started giving trouble, the vehicle was given to the dealer custody to ractify the problems. The dealer made the corrections and handover but the things continued after a week’s drive. Repeatedly the same scenario persists. The problem faced like Transmission, Starring rack, inadequate Pick, Suspension noise, Sun roof noise & poor quality of leather . The high cost vehicle is meant for comfort as well as status. The said Car is used by the Chairman of “J. M. Mhatre Infra Private Limited” Mr. J. M. Mhatre. Under such scenario we have nothing to say rather than replacement of the car. It may be possible that your internal inspection before sale was not perfect which dilutes the reputation of “Range Rover’s”.                               My name is Ankit Sharma, I am physically handicapped and I get the concession of Road Tax and some discount on Insurance due to my Handicapped Certificate as per government rules. I got my Tata Zest XMA handed over to me on 21st of December 2014. The Sales Manager Sushil from Concorde Motors Patparganj told me that they will not be able to help me with the registration however, it’s their job to get the car registered on the owner’s name at the time of sale. Their Sales executive Vikas told me that he’ll get the registration done for me so the impression I have is I am dealing with Concorde Motors and the executive from Concorde Motors will get all my documents completed. This means that I am not dealing with any external source or broker to get my Car registered. After more than five months now, I am driving my car without registration documents (R.C.) and when I tried to escalate the issue with Concorde Motors, they are in a state of denial. The Team Leader of the Sales Executive, Vaid Kaushik tried to give me an inferiority complex by making me realize again and again that I am physically disabled and they are trying to help me. This did cause me mental stress and even after this there was no help from Concorde Motors and on top of that, their Sales Manager Sushil Roy humiliated me by saying the registration was not their responsibility and I may take any legal action against them but they will not help me in this case and they are going to fire the Sales executive Vikas Awasthy who was trying to help me. As I understand, they (T.L. Vaid Kaushik & Sales Manager Sushil Roy) will never help me and will fire the executive Vikas Awasthy as he tried to help me.                                 I had a Tata Indigo ecs lx model of 20th October 2014 purchasing date, with 24000kms run. The power window of the front left side was not working properly from the date i own it. The service guys distracted me saying that it will work on being old. But it worried me when all of a sudden I had opened my window and was unable to close it. And when I approached the service centre they took a whole day to analyse if it is under warranty claim. And as soon as they realised that it undergoes warranty claim, they didn't have stock available, and another whole day to wait. My vehicle is in the service centre, and dnt know how long it will continue.

                                  this is to inform you that we have been lodging complaint to tata motors customer care office regarding for help for man power work for the purpose of repairing the 3516 model trailer which has been standing at Imphal, located in Manipur but no service has been provided till yet. It is very sad to say after having 30nos of trailers we are not having proper service from your side as we are facing many difficulties for purchasing trailer parts as it is not available in north eastern region. we have to wait for months to receive the parts and repair purpose.                                     Dear sir, I own a Tata Safari storme car registration number HP-24D-0027, chassis no MAT617001ENJ07564. The vehicle met with an accident on the 5th of March 2015 and is at the workshop Hi-tech Satluj Motors Hamirpur(H.P) from the said date. The workshop manager told that the chassis of the vehicle has to be replaced an assured me that the car will be ready by the 10th of April 2015. On the 8th of April he called me and told that the chassis has reached the workshop. On inspecting the chassis I found that the chassis was dented and repaired, which I did not accepted to use. The workshop manager again assured me that a fresh new chassis will be ordered and the car will be repaired by the 25th of April, 2015, but till date the new chassis has not reached the workshop and the repair work has still not been started, and on the 29th of April Hi-tech Satluj Motors Hamirpur (H.P), gave me a Tata Indigo ecs car for futher use till the date my car has not been repaired, but the condition of the Tata Indigo car is such that it can not be used, all the 5 tyres are flat and get punctured after a few kms, the A.C is not working the windows are not opening and many such problems. The workshop manager is daily assuring me that the chassis will arrive in a day or so, and mostly does not pick my phone. Due to the false commitments made by the Hi-tech Satluj Motors and Tata Motors i have to suffer daily losses in business and physical and mental harassments.                                       Hi, I am Arun and I work for Tata group. I have a car - Tata Indigo CS model which I have encountered problems on the wiring & A/C side and have taken for service. In addition to complaints I have given for regular service that comes in every 10000 Kms. I had given my car for service at Concorde Motors - Injambakkam Branch Service center - Chennai-41 on 28th April by 9 AM. Service engineer named Ramdass attended and noted down my complaints as given below. A/C first point is not working A/C is sending double the speed of air in 2nd, 3rd and 4th pointers Getting bit of a noise in engine Getting bit of a noise in wheels The service engineer noted down the pointers and said if I go with annual maintenance scheme I would be able to do 2 service within 20000Kms of run including the current one I am about to do now. I agreed and paid the fees of Rs.8400 towards the AMC silver plan. The engineer said he would get my car analyzed and summarize the list of issues ASAP. Service engineer called me by 7PM and gave me the summary of problems and also the associated cost towards repair. 1, Oil Pump overoil - Rs - 22000 (Approx) 2. Suspension - Rs 15000 (Approx) 3. Timing Kit Change - Rs.9500 (Approx) 4. Radiator Ores - Rs. 900 (Approx) 5. Wheel Cylinder - Rs 2000 (Approx) 6. Gear Lever Bush Kit - Rs. 900 (Approx) 7. Headlight Fog Lamp Bulb - Rs.900 (Approx) 8. Alternator Overoil - Rs.4500 (Approx) 9. Brake Light Bulb - Rs.100 (Approx) 10. Resistor Rs. 900 (Approx) 11. Brake Kit Check - Rs. 690 (Approx) I agreed to go to line items 4 to 11. The next day evening which is the 2nd day I left for service, the service engineer called and said that the job is all done and I can take the vehicle on the next day 30-Apr-15. he also confirmed the amount as Rs.8608. He also said he had completed line items 4 to 11 except 8 which he said it is not required as line item 1 is not done this will not be o[censored]se even if we do this 8. I went next day and asked if there is any discount for Tata employees. Service engineer said that there is a 5% discount for Tata employees and if I need to avail this I should have said that the moment I have given the vehicle for service and not during payment. (He said he need to write a mail and get approval for the discount which cannot be done at last minute). I paid the amount Rs.8608 towards the service charges and then a supervisor came down to a negotiation that instead of that discount, they can give something like filter/others which was not given though the talks was there. When I got my vehicle and started riding, I could see lot of noise in engine as well as the A/C throughout had gone wild. I asked about that and the service engineer, said all would be under control only if I do Overoil for the Oil Pump. I left the place and started driving. Now I am not able to drive the vehicle due to very huge noise after the service also due to high A/C throughput not able to operate A/C as well. Huge noise in engine A/C throughout is tooooo high Getting additional noise during running condition I thought of getting this again to the service center - Concorde motors, but they way they approached and the service had been done, I am not in a mode to approach them again. I am writing this mail to get a resolution for the following pointers 1. Why though there is a discount available for Tata employees, it had been not give / refused to me before getting the billing done. 2. Vehicle had gone worst after the service and what could be done to atleast bring that to original condition. 3. Why a consumer had been threatened by getting a huge quote for a minor complaint logged 4. Why part of the service components had not been addressed though agreed by me (Component in line item 8 agreed by me) 5. Why a serviced vehicle creates fear with customer while driving.
