Tata Motors — Gokulam Motors Poor customer service

As everyone said in their reviews, even i was extremely happy on purchasing Tata Altroz XM+ and the sales team was helpful(4.5 star for the car). 0.1 star for the response and service... Since, i had a great respect on Ratan Tata and Tata brand, i have taken this decision, it's been 1.5 months, no compliance about my Altroz. Here, it comes the true face of Gokulam motors, Chromepet branch and their management behaviour with a legacy customer...
Point No 1: Today, i went to Gokulam motors to collect my number plate and RC, front gate security insisted me that i cannot park my vehicle in Wallet parking and he showed me another path where many 2 wheeler vehicles were parked and in front i was able to see Nexon showroom vehicle...Since i am a new driver, i have asked the security guy to help me on parking my vehicle, he said that wallet parking drivers are available, you have to drive and park vehicle near to Nexon showroom vehicle, so that they do the number plate fixing. As the parking space was very short, i lost my control and hit Nexon showroom vehicle backdoor where my car and Nexon vehicle got damaged... Point No 2 -- Mr.Santhanam who is a sales executive officer for Nexon vehicle came upfront and asked me to claim the damage for my car through insurance and insisted me to pay 8k for Nexon vehicle, i have told him politely, Does Gokulam motors do not take insurance and temperory registration for showroom vehicles and new customer vehicles, he literally said no and you cannot go away without paying 8k...i said that i am one of your customer and i have paid 8.20 lakhs to get Altroz and it is not a big deal of paying 8k...i claimed that your company should have some policy to bare these costs and should have enough space for parking...again he replied, if you want go ahead and talk with whoever you want...Pay 5k and leave, since i was asking questions, he came from 8k to 5k... Point no -- 2 --- I called the customer care and they have given me Mr.Srinivasan's mobile number, who is a general Manager for Gokul motors Chromepet branch and he can help me with further proceedings...i believed that he can provide me some help and mentorship on the policy... Point no -- 3 --- Mr.Srinivasan has made my day worse and he said that we cannot listen to your stories and you have to pay 5k...i said that the way that you approach with a customer is pathetic and kept my keys and left from that place...He said to approach police station or social media and even after 5 years the keys will remain on his table...My sales executive Mr.Ranjith was silent and he was unable to help me... Point No 3 -- Since i belonged to a middle class family and bought my car through loan and i understood that challenging these guys is quite impossible, i myself have approached Mr.Santhanam and told them to pay 5k... Point No 4 -- Mr.Srinivasan called me and asked me to write a apology letter, so that he can make 2k, i have told him that i can pay the required amount and i cannot loose my self respect here ... Finally, after paying 2k and got the respective bill and moved out of that place...Losed my self respect, missed my lunch, become mentally unstable and awaited there for 3.30 hrs like a theif...
Point No 5. -- Surprised on what they ll do with 2k to fix Nexon back door...Does Tata - Gokulam motors have gone so cheap to bargain 2k, 5k & 8k like Fish sales in the local market. Shocked to see such a fellow sitting at the level of GM...No one has apologised...Does money is the only motto and you don't take care of your customers with proper behaviour...I have raised a Customer ticket, if no one is making apologies or no action taken, then who can help a common middle class man like me...
