[Resolved] Tata Motors — got theft electronics item from my car during car service | |||
On date 20/05/2019 i visited raj motors rohtak regarding some issues which i was facing 1. Low mileage 2. Hand break problem 3. Gear shifting problem First thing, in morning i handover my car to agency to resolve my problems. But at the time when the provide me keys of car after solves the problem i found that the pendrive was missing from my car. When i asked manager for pendrive the answer me that its not our responsibility to secure your stuff. Means that was literally a irresponsible answer from your staff. Second thing, i have problem regarding mileage but the staff ask me 600 rupees to solve my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||
