Dear Tata team,
I am owner of Tigor XZ top end 2017 model car, few days back my Harman System stopped working and since all the other equipments are connected to the infotainment system like my AC controls also stopped working and it is continuously swtiched-on on ignition so I went to service centre (Authorized Tata Balaji Motors Aundh) on diagnosis of all electrical connection and system they said that my Harman System Head Unit has some issues and thus it's fuse is getting continuously shot for that they suggested that the system needs to send it to Harman Service centre in Gurgaon and the logistics charges of 3000 will be charged plus the repair will need to be paid and the service repair is not guaranteed as well, as my extended warranty is expired. When I asked how much time it will take they said that we don't know and they even could not disconnect my HVAC, the Service Center said company only provide the hassle free service till the warranty period after that this is the only process which need to be followed and i think this is pathetic. My CAR is now parked and is absolutely useless. I suggest TATA, if you are building world class products and giving people advanced systems then you are also bound to provide customers hassle free service even after its warranty period. How much it takes for a big company to provide hasle free service in this electrical department, advanced system are abound to have errors so it's service should also be available atleast in the network of metro cities. I suggest the company to have some system to offer people buyback or repaired infotainment systems at cheaper cost to customers or if they are providing such kind of after sales service they should give some temporary fitments for customers untill they get the system repaired.. the cost of infotainment is so high that it's not affordable for all to buy afresh and install.
