    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I would like to bring your kind attention to the bad customer service faced from M/s ROTANA MOTORS, CALICUT- KERALA.

    My name is ROOPAK RATNARAJ owner of TATA NEXON (XMS) registration number KL-11-BT-8153.

    This car was purchased from the above mentioned dealer in 2020. Since then I have had to face concerns with dealer.

    1. During the time of delivery the car was already allocated to a different person according to the booking priority, but due to booking cancellation the vehicle was allocated to me and registered in my name and address. Every service since then the vehicle invoice is still generated in the name and address of the person who the car was booked under. I have point out this issue with concerned person and they assured that they will update the KYC and it will be changed soon to my name. But unfortunately it was not changed to my name till my last periodic service. I had followed up many times regarding this issue and more than twice I had forwarded my registration certificate to the dealer for updation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Finally they have updated this time, but the thing is now my vehicle is in my Dad’s name which is not the registered owner. I am here by attaching the proof for the same.

    2. The second issue I faced from this same dealer was lack of follow up regarding my vehicle service due dates, every time I have had to contact them for service due date after I missed my second free service as they did not contact me. I raised this issue with the concerned person they were trying to state that it was my mistake not to bring the vehicle for service on time, this happened after the lockdown was called off and they were trying to state that the follow up was missed due to covid restrictions. I had took the 3M car care service during my vehicle delivery, so u can see the missed entry, proof attached.

    3. I had met with an accident this year in the month of April, left side rear door and quarter panel was damaged and replaced from this same dealer but different branch which was opened recently in Calicut, after few months the paint peeled off from three different spots from the same door which was replaced and painted and also there were some corrosion issues on door strikers, right side front speakers were not working and gear shift lever knob material was peeling off due to quality issues. So I visited the nearest branch of same dealer on 14/10/22 and raised the issue. Even there I had a very bad experience from the showroom. I was already tele-booked for my running repair and I was forced to wait more than 30 minutes to get anyone to attend to me .The service advisor who was sitting and doing some work in desktop, the front office executive who guided me and informed that advisor about my complaint, after first 15 minutes was over that lady executive went again to him and reminded him again that I was waiting he was least bothered and I have to wait another 15mins for my turn. He put the job card regarding my issues and showed him the paint peeled from the door after repainting. I was really shocked after hearing the reply from him. He told me to take vehicle to their branch from where it was painted then only the problem will be resolved. Even that time also I raised the issue regarding the invoice address mismatch and he checked and told it was resolved, actually it was not resolved and proof is attached.

    And the major problem starts when I received my vehicle back after resolving the speaker issue, he told there was no issue with the wiring harness, only the thing was stereo settings were changed and it was corrected. I have technical knowledge about automobiles and cars the information given was wrong and was trying to mislead me and argued it was issue with settings, but before giving for service I had checked all the settings and made sure that it was not the settings issue. Later when I reached back I noticed my right side mirror was not working while locking the vehicle. I was totally disappointed with the service. I decided to visit the other branch of the same dealer the next day and complained the same and also the paint issue, they initially checked and tried to rule out it was not their or painting fault and it was a scratch happened from me, I can’t understand how can they conclude this when there was no scratch on that door, later they were convinced and agreed they will repaint and give it back. The mirror issue they checked and told it was the motor malfunction and I will get it in warranty and they had initiated and ordered the part and gear lever knob and it will take at least two to three weeks to deliver and I can take the vehicle out for the time being. On October 24th when I was travelling with my family all of sudden some noise came from right side front door panel and my power windows and Centre lock system was not working after that, on my way back I had visited the same service Centre and told them the issue and they checked for few hours and told me that they need more time to identify the root cause, so I told them I will the bring the vehicle back later.

    4. On 29th October I called and booked an appointment for 31st October regarding the running repair and I assured that the vehicle will be dropped off on 30th October (Sunday) at service centre cause I was travelling out of station and I did the same. On 31st around 3pm I received a call from service Centre and they asked me when I dropped off the vehicle and told that they just noticed it and will find out the root cause of the issue and update. On 2nd November I received the call back and told that they identified the problem and it was not the motor issue but it was the wiring issue which were ruled out before. So again they placed order for wiring harness and I told to do the painting job and deliver the vehicle at the earliest until the spare reaches the service Centre. But till date[protected] my vehicle was in service centre and work was not completed. When I visited the branch on[protected] even the painting job has not started and they agreed that it’s issue from their end. Earlier I had told them that I need the vehicle on[protected] because I will be in the town for only 2 days and I have medical emergency. But they were least bothered and they didn’t deliver the vehicle on time.

    This is such bad service I have received from TATA Service centre so far. This is unacceptable behaviour which needs to change as you will loose your reputation and in turn loose customers. I don’t know if you will take an action on this or not but I will post my review in public which surely will deter people from buying Tata products for the fear for bad customer service.

      Greetings,
      I am Arkib Dutta, I have purchased a Tata Altroz XZ+ Dark edition on February 20, 2022 from Pragati Motors (Authorised Tata Dealer), Jorhat, Assam. At my request, the car was delivered to me at my residence in Beltola Tiniali, Guwahati, Assam. But I am extremely disappointed by the service offered to me and I would like to point out the inconveniences received.
      1. Delayed delivery : It was supposed to be delivered in the morning by 10 am, but it was delivered at around 5 pm.
      2. It was delivered in a very pathetic condition, without even being washed(photos attached).
      3. Did not receive 2 smart keys at the time of delivery. I was informed that in some models the 2nd pair of key is being delivered within 8 to 9 months which I have not received yet.
      4. Till date I am having only 1 pair of keys and that too not in proper working condition, facing disruptions in locking, unlocking and even starting the car.
      With sheer disappointment with the after sale service, I am forced to write and escalate this matter expecting to get improved service and continue my relationship with Tata Motors.

          I had purchased a Tiago XZA (Regn No GJ 18 BK 4320) in Feb 2019 from Harsolia Brothers, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The car is used either by me or my wife and as on date it has run around 16000 km. I would also like to mention that my car has been regularly serviced at authorized Tata Motors Service Centers only.

          Ever since, the service of my car last year (kilometrage was 9000 km at that time), there has been an unusual noise when the engine revs up more than 2000 rpm. I was told by the service advisor that he has not found anything unusual with the performance of the engine.

          Recently, I had got my car serviced at Sree Vasu Automobiles, Tata Motors Service Centre, Meerut on 02 June 2022 . Post the service, there was a problem that at the pickup was very low when moving the car from standstill. Also at lower RPM (slow running), there was a missing sound from the engine and I could hear a short sound coming from the exhaust. The average has also dropped considerably to about 11 kmpl, which earlier used to return almost 20 km per liter of petrol.

          I had raised a complaint and the representatives checked my car thoroughly again, I was informed that there was an issue with the engine, and it requires to be opened and probably the connecting rods and crankshaft were required to be replaced the expenditure of which would be not less than 15-20k.

          I fail to understand that how come a vehicle engine which is just about three and half yrs old, run barely 16000km and serviced at authorized service stations fail so prematurely. Even if I get the repair work done, the output will not be the same as a new engine. Secondly, are the engines produced by Tata so unreliable that they start failing in less than 10, 000 km.

          I thank my stars that I did not buy another Tata Car, as I was quite inclined towards buying a Harrier/ Safari as a replacement to my 8 yr old Ssanyong Rexton. I also really don’t know whether my decision of purchasing a Tata Tiago which costed me almost 7 lakh rupees was correct or not. I don’t even know whether the engine in the present condition is reliable enough to use anymore or will it even last 20-25K kilometers.

          In the present state, I am perplexed as to what should I do with the Car, I would request Tata Motors to provide a viable solution to the problem so that owning a Tata car is at least worth the money spent.

            I Joice Joseph, who owns Tata Nexon(KL17S2223) had a clutch complaint near Thrissur when I was returning home from Wayanad on November 29, 2022. I gave my car to HYSON MOTORS (P) LTD

            Tel :[protected] for repair. After repairing it, they gave the car to me on December 5, which cost around 16, 116 rs. After 5 kilometers, the car showed some missing and was returned to Hyson Motors for further repair. Finally on 10 Th December, they agreed that they gave the car after repair by evening when they gave the car again some noise inside the engine again l could not get the car and l gave the car back for repair in same service centre. Now they are asking for 27, 000 rupees for further repairs. The car I gave just had a clutch complaint, but it had a lot of other complaints at the service center. What I understand is that the problem was created by the employees in the service center, who are not efficient in handling the vehicle parts. So I request that either Tata takes over the car by paying the full amount or the service center spends the rest of the amount to do further repairs.

              Dear sir/Madam,

              I purchased my tata Nexon dark edition (top model, MP17CD3088) on 5th of July from tata motors, Rewa, M.P.
              Today on 26th dec 2023, My car didn't start and mechnic checked and told me that oil pump need to be replaced,
              Its a 6 month old prevmier car, how it can malfunction due to faulty part so easily

                I purchased the Tata Altroz XZ Petrol in December 2020 from Kamal and Company, Jaipur, Rajasthan and the running is approximately of 27000 kms. After sometime I felt cracking sound from dashboard or from gates when driving on rough roads, as if some nut bolts are not properly fitted in the Car. The said noise was very much annoying. I complained in second or third free service when my car was in warranty and the service center said some nuts are loosely fixed and accordingly they fixed the problem. But the sound was there as it is. Service centre tried to convince me to ignore it which is not possible.

                Whenever I tried to complain again for the said issue the service center guys told me to get it check up on next service schedule. Accordingly when I went for my scheduled service on 26/11/2022 to Kamal and Company, Jaipur, Rajasthan, it was being informed that the said service center is not in operation as it has withdrawn the services for Tata Motors for warrantied cars. Hence on 29/11/2022 I visited another service center authorised for Tata Motors for the said service and it was informed to me that my warranty got expired on 27/11/2022 itself and the nosie coming from the dashboard is actually coming from the steering column and as the car does not have extended warranty hence the price for said steering column part is 60, 000/-. approximately.

                To my utter shock, I could not beleive that in just running of 27, 000 kms or in 2 years when I haven't met with an accident or never ever have claimed the OD insurance, how can the steering column be damaged when TATA Motors claim to have produced best cars in this segment.

                I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the prior service center as they did not check the car properly. Had they been checked my car properly I would have replaced the damaged part when my car was in warranty.

                Please look into this matter on priority and provide the best solution.

                      19 dec 2022 ko mujhe phone karke bola gya ki sir isme kuch fault aur bhi hai so gadi apko 2 din mein milegi.21 dec 22 ko maine phone karke status manga then unka answer tha ki gadi ka spare part 22 dec tak deliver hoga gadi apko sat tak milegi.
                      These person are so useless.Sirf baithke apna time pass kar rhae hai or consumer ka time waste.Agar tata service nahi de sakta hai to gadi market mein sale karne ki jarurat kya hai.Ghatiya service hai inki 1.5 month se gadi inke pass hai worst service i ever having from any service centre

                            We had purchased this brand new Safari Jet edition on Dusshera (5th Oct 2022) from Fortune Motors Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

                            These guys only need customers for achieving their targets, they deliver cars to customer without any PDI/Quality checks. We got our vehicle which was not washed at all, on top of it lots of manufacturing defects, along with punctured tyre.

                            Booked the Tata Nexon XZA plus (hs) variant because of the sunroof, more than 2 months back hoping that I would get the delivery well in time for Christmas. Waited patiently all this while only to be told on the expected day of delivery that the car wasn’t even been built.
                            Received a text randomly from the sales team on the day, offering me the Tata Nexon XZA plus (L) variant which apparently has better features but has no sunroof, which was my main requirement. I finally had to compromise on my preferences due to the desperation of wanting a car ASAP for my family to drive around during they’re vacation.
                            Now very bizarrely I am being asked to pay the difference in the amount of the 2 variants when I am the one having to compromise. So, Tata motors expects me to pay extra for a variant that does not cater to my requirements and is giving me extras that I don’t even need…!!

                            Trying to speak to the general manager of the showroom to make my point but he won’t take my calls so I might end up paying the difference due to someone else’s fault.

                            I have known of the bad service that Tata motors offers but I was convinced to give it a go because of the specs of the car for the price in comparison to the other cars in the market. Now I do realise it was a mistake. Would never recommend tata motors to any family or friend because of the poor service.

                              This to inform you it’s been one month my new car Tata Nexon giving the rattling sound.
                              I bought car from Sagar motors Noida Sector 63.
                              This was started after first service which happened on 1st week of November.
                              I have shared multiple videos to the General manager Service, general manager sales and they tried to rectify the error but no luck. I am struggling with sound and I have been informed that somebody from Tata plant would come and fix the issue and every time my car been sent back without any solution.
                              I have a proof of every video with the sound which is coming near to the steering.
                              Request you to please look at my concern and fix the issue.
                              Or please let me know who to contact to resolve.

                              This is my hard earned money I have used to buy a reliable Indian brand TATA .
                              Hope will get the resolution after posting this.

                                    Recently I purchased new nexon ev prime xz+ lux variant from Sagar Motors Dilshad Garden, Delhi 110095. Before purchasing the vehicle I was having so many doubts about the range and charging stations and the salesperson Mr. Neeraj Thakur assured me that I will get a range of around 250-270 KM for sure on AC. I have driven this car for around 1400 KM and I am not getting a range of more than 170-180 KM on AC off and Regeneration level 3. Due to the false commitment, I am now in big trouble. Now my family wants to travel to Manali and I can see there are no charging stations between Manali to mandi and the distance between these 2 points are around 230 KM. I asked the concerned person in TATA MOTORS Mr. Pawan he told me not to plan any trip to Manali as of now.

                                    So my question is when you are promoting your product and selling this product to the customer why you guys are not providing enough charging stations? So now after spending 19-20 Laks rupees I have to tell my family we can’t take this car to Manali because we can’t charge this car anywhere. Where ever your charging points are most of the time I face issues with the chargers they are not working most of the time. How can an EV owner drive his/her car if the chargers are not available?

                                    I need proper justification on this and why I am getting only 160-180 KM of range on a full charge. This is a very serious matter

                                    At the time of delivery there we some other issues as well with Tail Gate Paint so the showroom guys assured me that they will replace the entire tailgate.
