I purchased the Nexon ZXA+(0) in March 2022, and after the KYC process required for the iRA connected feature to activate. the feature didn't get activated, of further diagnoses, the dealership said that the TCU is faulty and will be replaced, and on the replacement of the TCU, the iRA feature started working, and it worked only for a day and after which there is no sync happening between the TCU and iRA server this reported to the dealership and tata motors iRA support on 9th April 2022, and ever since then I have been following up with both dealership and the tata motors IRA Support Team to get the issue fixed and it's been more than six months the feature is still not working
The iRA service folk have only one troubleshooting step and that is called certificate burning they are doing this step again and again over the past 6 months and the feature is still not working.
It looks to me like the iRA support is not qualified enough to deal with this issue
Buyers be aware that the IRA feature cannot be checked at the time of PDI as it requires KYC to de-bone to activate, and if one gets the faulty TCU then you are done, TATA motors service is not well equipped to deal with this issue.
for TATA motors please don't sell features that you folks have no knowledge about. and please don't think that customers don't understand this stuff.
