Tata Motors — IRA is not working since the car purchase

The IRA app is not working and several complaints tto the dealer and customer care has yielded zero results.
The staff does not appear to be technically qualified to handle the system

Hi Tata motors & IRA team,

Im not able to use IRA app for past 3 months and i have registered the same with IRA email address. But i'm not getting any proper response. If its such a tedious process for a customer to register in IRA app, then im surprised why its recommended to customers
