I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from one of your Dealer Gati Motors, Durgapur.
Today, Is the Seventh Day they pick my Vehicle, [WB39B-9627 TATA GOLD] for inspection, time of picking my vehicle they said only 10minuts work is needed in there service center . But service team failed to rectify my of vehicle problems, I have earlier reported to your toll free number but they response negatively.
I wonder if this kind of standard practice at your Dealer outlet, where service is concern, my trust for TATA is significantly decrease . I purchase Tata Gold, for commercial use with taking a huge bank loan, if my vehicle is laying in your dealer gati motors service centre in unrepaired condition how I pay bank loan, please give suggestion.
Enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related documents for your reference. I hope that will be able to find a satisfactory solution very fast.

Actually I have decided to upgrade to Nexon in the coming year. Now i am rethinking on the same. Servicing branch is also worst in terms of service.
