Tata Motors — issue with infotainment system | |
Dear sir/mam, I am using tata nexon for 2 years no doubt the car is fantastic except some few niggles. I am having the 2018 model, but from few months i faced this issue. The infotainment system will restart again and again, sometimes the music is going on and the screen becomes blank sometimes it becomes white, and the words and text on the screen converted into blocks i am attaching the pic of the problem occurs yesterday and today for your record and i am also faced connecting issue with android auto some times. Regarding this i visited 2-3 times at true north mayapuri, delhi service centre they updated the software and told me that from now onwards this problem won't come again. But after a few days, the same problem occurs again. Then i will tell the service centre personnel to please fixed my appointment with the harman engineer don't remember his name. They told me that this is a cable issue. So i will change the cable, and then the same problem again occurs then harman engineer again flash the bugs and update the software and told me that if the problem occurs then we will register this complaint. Now, when i start again taking my car to the office regularly after 2 months of the lockdown the same problem. I am fed up with this type of behaviour from tata motors. Why tata engineers can't find the proper solution to this kind of issue due to this every week i have to visit the service centre to rectify or updating the software. I request you to please take this matter as most urgent and i want the proper solution this time otherwise change my infotainment system. I hope for the best solution form tata engineers.
