I own a Nexon (P) XZA+ Jet, purchased on November 27, 2022 from Prerana Motors, Bangalore. My vehicle number is KA05NF5705. I left my vehicle for second free service on May 2nd at Key Motors, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore. Also, I had few issues along with some painting work on right side fender. Mr. Subash attended me as customer representative. They delivered the vehicle on May 8th. It was raining heavily and was not in a position to check the vehicle at the time of delivery. When I reached back home and checked on the vehicle, I found out that there were lot of burnt black patches on the bonnet, below the handle bars on both front and back doors on the right side, and some dents on the dashboard (done by very negligent and irresponsible team of Key Motors). Also, the issues I had raised were not attended to and they had delivered the vehicle without cleaning.
I feel this kind of irresponsible service centers is spoiling the reputation of Tata cars in the market.
