Tata Motors — Liability not conveyed prior

vehicle name tata motors

I have given my vehicle for insurance ckaim in sudarshan motors. they have given me liability of rs 1500 but after completion of work they r demanding rs 6000

This is not acceptable since theyhavenot taken any prior approval from me
