    Delayed delivery/Fake promises

    It’s been 5 months since i have booked this car from Aotovikas, Motinagar, New Delhi. This mail chain was started on 29th November 2021. Since then i have been asked to wait 3-4 weeks more for the delivery of this car which was Initially promised to me in writing after 8 weeks. Now after waiting for 20 weeks i am still being told that the car is still not allocated by TATA motors and i have also been told that there is no update from TATA...

    I am highly disappointed with the delivery of my tata punch creative car and it was delivered on March 7th 2022 and the same evening I have noticed blue colour liquid was leaking from car boot and when I checked the car boot space it was completely filled with car washing liquid soap and delivered without cleaning.

    And after speaking to multiple executives it was taken for cleaning by key motors and they have confirmed that it was car wash soap liquid which was mistakenly spilled and it was not cleaned and delivered as it is without without cleaning.The service person cleaned the liquid but I could see the original paint of boot coming off.Also the service guy mentioned the paint was there in boot from 2 days. the liquid seemed like a strong chemical soap used to clean car which was in my car for more than a day.

    It is not acceptable and total negligence from Tara motors.

    I am not happy with the service and I would like this to be escalated to the concerned authorities and hope it gets rectified as soon as possible

      I own a brand new tata safari XT plus. Its first servicing was on 06/03/2022.I booked pickup and drop facility of dhanbad Tata service center after paying proper pick and drop fee. I was also going with the driver as it was first servicing of my car. Just After 10-15 min, when I again came to the service center and saw two big scratch on my car, I enquiry about that scratch and they told it is just dirt and will wash off. During final delivery I saw the car and the scratch was there and it was not dust
      The dhanbad, jharkhand service convince me that on tuesday( 08/04/2022) they will repair it on their own cost but today they asked for a money and there behavior changes drastically. They were talking in a ill manner. #Tata#Safarixt+#RatanTata

        I have booked a TATA NEXON car for my wife through

        HYSON MOTORS PVT LTD
        Poonkunnam
        Thrissur, Kerala

        on 15th November 2021

        and they promised me it will be delivered on 1st week of December. Today it's 8th March 2022, still no update from them. Whenever i call, they say next week, next week.

        I am really frustrated. i always wanted to buy our own home grown TATA.
        Because of their promise, i sold my current car and family is forced to travel on local buses for the past 3 months,

        Please look into this matter and resove as soon as possible

          I have booked a car for my mother-in-law name, she is having CSD option, so i book ed ALTROZ xm + at December 23- 2021 also paid the advance in sayar aauto motive pv limited dealer in kanchipuram, i also paid full amount in CSD same date, still now they won't give proper availability letter. I need solutions .

            Hi Team,

            I have booked tata punch adventure rythm AMT car in the month of Jan in the Auto matrix showroom udupi.

            I have been told that i will be getting the car delivered by march or end of march. I got all the confirmation that the car will be definitely delivered in the the promised month, so i have booked the tata car.

            I checked the status in the month for February, the dealer said that i am in the 8th waiting list. I called this month to check the status, dealer is telling the same reason that am still in 8th position and car cannot be delivered this month.

            I am very disappointed with this kind of response that the tata dealers are making fake promises just get their bookings done and play with the customers time and values by not responding properly after the booking is done.

            I wanted the car by April for some occasion. This is really disappointing.

            I will appreciate tata team if i get the vehicle on time and such kind of Fake commitments.

              Hi,

              I purchased Tata Nexon on 7th May 2021 from Vasu Automobiles, Meerut, U.P. I was told the second key (Peps key) will be delivered to me on first service. Today it's been around 10 months since I took the delivery of my car but did not receive the peps key. I have been calling and messaging the sales representatives repeatedly and they always it will be given tomorrow or in two days or most of the time they just don't respond. Who will be responsible, if my car gets steal or theft??? Utter disappointment and lack of customer dedication from this dealer. Thumbs down.

                I am Swastik palkar booked my first cng car tata tigor xz plus white colour from heritage motors, panvel (navi mumbai) on 19th January 2022. During booking they told me delivery weeks for said car is 6 to 8 weeks and it was mutually agreed but Its my 7th week of waiting but till date there is not sign of car booking neither any hope to get my car within specified dates but I want my car within the specified delivery dates. I sold my existing car just to pay down payment and i am car less now. My wife is pregnant and facing too much inconveniences due to absense of car.

                It's my first car with Tata as we strongly believe to go with vocal for local strategy and everyone knows honourable Mr Ratan tata sir is living legend who is doing gem of a work for our country. It's my gentle tribute to honourable sir by buying tata product but sadly i am not getting any positive response till date from heritage motors. I am requesting you to please look into it and do the needful at earliest. I can't wait any further more due to family inconveniences.

                          Nano AMT kit faulty

                          I have purchased my Tata Nano 6yrs back but I have driven 18000 kms only n had maintained well but from last 1 year having issue with AMT kit. Vehicle doesn't start..The AMT is not sensing weather it's in neutral or not..I have taken etended warranty from Tata but no help, issue is not solved and now they say Amt kit has gone wrong and that needs to be replaced, cost would be around 1lakh..                           Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I have a Tiago car no- HR06AP2009, 2017 model .I am complaining from 2/9/2021 that Driver side front Door of my car is not opening From inside .I have to open it from outside.now from January 2022 Door of driver side is also not opening From outside also .I am complaining to Aaryaman Automobiles again and again Several times.But they are saying from September that we don't have that part which we need to accurate Door problem.Ther r saying since 2 September 2009 that we have ordered that part.Now they are not giving any response on Phone .This is very shamefull .Kindly solve this problem.I bought Tata car first time and facing this kind of problems, Will not buy Tata car again.

                              I wish to bring to your notice that I have booked Tata Tigor (Xe) Petrol Variant (White) color on February, 08, 2022. At the time of booking, the dealer assured me that he will be able to deliver the car by February 20, 2022.

                              However, the car has not been delivered so far and when we contacted the dealer, he is just giving one excuse or the other. We also agreed to give him 2-3 weeks of extra time but even then he is sure that he will be able to deliver.

                              I had booked the car as I had to relocate to othe city but this kind of delay is not acceptable. Kindly see to it that appropriate steps are taken to fast track the delivery schedule. For the benefit of the dealer, I am also giving 2 more options (in terms of color) so that I can get the car before I relocate. The details of the booking are put below:

                                I have booked TATA NEXON XM 1 Dec and its been 90 days MARCH 2 nd.
                                Dealer promice 3rd march delivery date any condition on booking time but There are no updates till now from the dealer.

                                I'm not sure when will they bill my vehicle.

                                I'm frustated because of the multiple followups and got fed up totally.

                                Should I wait or go to other options?

                                  I booked TATA Punch Accomplished AMT from Shree Dev Wheels Pvt Ltd Faizabad UP on 06 Dec 21 but dealer unable to honour the commitment even after expiry of waiting period fixed. If I choose to purchase vehicle of other make now then should have to wait another 2-3 months. Now I am in a fix what to do.
