[Resolved] Tata Motors — mileage problem promised

I purchased Tata nexon petrol XT model in November 2017 with a promise of 17 km/ lt
But after driving for almost 12000 km
In city with AC I am not getting a mileage of around 6 to 7 km/ lt
I just want to know wether it is universal or my unit is having problem
A test drive was done with the help service center kb motors kolkata and in bypass
The mileage was only 10.7 km/ lt
