I have purchased tata zest from elite autolink rajkot. As a complimentary they have provided me reverse parking car sensor. After few months it was not working properly and whenever i put my car in service station here, they just say they will look into it. Since one year they are saying this. Today, when i put my car on 3rd free service, i have raised the issue again but they now say they cannot do anything.

They even didn't provided me the bill for the accessories they have provided. Now, the elite service station is giving me vague answers. I have refused to take my car back from the service station until they resolve the issue.

    tata nexon engine pickup & gear shift problem

    Dear sir/madam,
    I have purchased tata nexon xm (Diesel) befor 1 month and only 1 thousand km's ran. And i am facing problem with its engine and gear shifting.

    Engine problem: as i have already given feedback to the tata customer care that my car is not giving proper engine pickup. Engine is not smooth. Specially when my car is loaded with 4-5 persons and there is hill area or stip to climb then it looses its power for...

    I took delivery of tata nexon xz+a d on 20sep2018 from concorde motors, baner, pune. To my horror. I realized that the park assist and rear fog lamp switches are missing from the fascia switches, although the switches are mentioned in the owner's manual that i received, and were also present in the demo car on which i took a test drive.

    Moreover, the parking sensors don't seem to be working.

    The sales agent from the dealer informed me that the fog lamp was removed in latest version. However, this was not informed to me. When the price was increased, at that time, this should have been informed to me. Even at the time of delivery, the sales agent did not inform this.

    There is no resolution provided. I have already communicated to them on what would be a satisfactory resolution to this issue, and they haven't gotten back to me on the same.

    Frustrating experience yet again. No one in tata motors is concerned with my complaint. It has been weeks since i logged an official complaint with tata motors, but no one is bothered about it. Customers, PLEASE DONT BUY CARS FROM TATA MOTORS!!! SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND AVOID FRUSTRATION. DONT HAVE THE SPIRIT OF "BE INDIAN, BUY INDIAN" IN THIS CASE. TRUST ME, IT IS NOT WORTH THE PAIN!!!

      I have given my tata ace ht to tata workshop dehradun. Without informing me anything about my warranty and expense they charging me directly 5300rs.
      They are excepting their fault but they are forcing me to pay 5300 and not giving my vehicle back.
      Also misguided me first they are saying work is going under warranty. After work charging me 5300.

        I purchase a truck named Tata Ultra from Jaika Motors Nagpur on 26/7/18 I got the delivery on 2/8/18

        while carrying the car the carriage side mirror was broken the truck was not washed at all . I got delivery by asking for four to five hours time I have not understood anything in any way the staff there way unable to explain me about new truck I did not complaint any more but now I have to do it because I want to get GPS in the same way many things about the truck
        The officer who attend me did not even take a phone

          I am experiencing jerking problem with tata nexon xm. I have visited tata service center regarding it for 4 times. I complained about it on their provided app. Still no solution. And today, while driving to pune, the acceleration failed suddenly. Car didn't accelerated even after pressing the pedal 4-5 times. It was very risky, disappointing and embarrassing while driving with my relatives. Also ac isn't working properly. Park assistance system displays error.
          Overall, very frustrating performance by tata nexon. I trusted tata, but now i'm so much disappointed. I want my car replaced or money back.

            I have purchased a new tata nexon xza+ petrol on 16th june 18. This car has a manufacturing fault, after delivery within 5 days car has started appearing a indication of gear mark on speedometer & doesn't pick up when indication appear on the desk board, i have checked the same in service book & found this indicator means contact immediately to service centre. I have contact concord service centre at patparganj industrial area & explain of car behaviour. They said it will rectified within one day, i have dropped the vehicle, next day i went there & ask the vehicle status they said vehicle is ready, problem rectified.
            After 3 days same problem was occurred & car auto gear malfunctions. Then i have contact with mr pankaj who was looking after me at the concord workshop, he said please come with vehicle we will check it again. Then i went there & told them this problem should not be come again strictly. I have taken back my vehicle after one week but the problem was same it was not rectified. Again i have complaint at concord service centre & tata motor call centre & lodge a complaint. After one day tata representative ms herpreet kaur call me & told me to come with your vehicle on 12th sept 18 for one day they have call some tata motor engineer. I went there & submit my vehicle for one day. Late evening i call the mr pc thakur and asked him about my vehicle is ready or not? He said they have not found any fault till the time they are working on it we need two more days found the actual fault i said ok. After two day on 15th of september evening i called up to mr pc thakur’ and asked about my vehicle is ready or not & he replied no we did not found any fault yet they are following with nagpur team but fault not found.
            Then i took my car back on 16th sept after forestation with tata motor services.
            I went to car dealer for replacement. He was not ready to do the same still the car problem is not rectified. I have attached one photo also.

            I have submitted my my vehicle on 8th October after received call from Mr PC Thakur concord motor service center for tree days as per requirement but after 3 days they said your vehicle problem has been rectified by Tata Motor Team Mr Shoeb . I have taken vehicle from service center on 10th Oct evening. Next day after running 5 Km same problem has been occured it was not repaired they have done some programing but complaint has been not resolved because it is manufacturing fault . Team Take necessary action otherwise i will take legal action against Tata motor .

              This is to draw your kind attention to newly purchased car from show room i.e. Guinea Motors Pvt. Ltd, Patna as per following details:

              Car Model: TATA Nexon XZ+, Colour: Glassgow Grey
              Chasis No. : MAT627262JLH35049
              Engine No. : REVTRN03HRYK73692
              Booked on: 19/08/2016, Delivered on: 31/08/2018
              Total Amount Paid: 9, 60, 000/- (incl. Insurance & Registration)….. Under August offer

              On the same day of 19/08/2016, same model of car was also booked at the showroom by my colleague Mr. P K Singh, which was delivered on 21/08/2018.

              But after I brought the new car to my residence, when started exploring the different features as enlisted in the enclosed NEXON Brochure for XZ+ model & also when compared to same model(XZ+) delivered to Mr. P K Singh, to my surprise following features were not found in my car:
              1. Fascia switch for rear view / Reverse Park assist missing.
              2. Neither Rear Fog lamp / Rear-defogger nor its fascia switch is there.

              These are the deviations / observations as of now. Total features including that of infotainment system yet to be counter checked /verified.

              I am shocked to find this feature missing in my car & at the same time existing in the same model booked together at the same cost. In such situation it is obvious for me to feel cheated.

              In reply to this complain, Guinea Motors simply give reference about Trim Rationalization Policy of Tata Motors Ltd.

              But is it correct to justify the sale with reduced features just by mentioning the words, 'As per Trim Rationalization Policy of Tata Motors Ltd.'. because :

              1. If that is the case that some features had been removed, it should have been communicated to the customer before sale, which was not done. Neither there is any such declaration / modified features enlistment in the brochure available on the TATA Motors site even as of now.

              2. Secondly, if such changes or modification has been made, I would like to know what is its price implication. Since the sale of the new model with trimmed features has been made on the same price, which is completely irrational. In such case, I would request you either to compensate me for the trimmed features or take back your delivered Nexon XZ+.

              3. Thirdly, if there is any written Trim Rationalization Policy of Tata Motors Ltd., may please be shared, along with details of total Trim/modification made in the referred chasis no. of Nexon XZ+, so as to re-establish credibility of TATA Motors.

              4. Moreover, even after the lapse of 18-days, I have neither received the challan & nor the card against the registration of the vehicle, against which total amount as per demand has already been deposited to dealer as per the scheme of August-offer.

              Resolutions desired: Either I should be compensated for the reduced features & the harassment caused to me ... or ... the vehicle should be taken back by the TATA MOTORS, with refund of my total amount.

                  I have recently purchased a new tata tiago 2018 petrol xz

                  The car is giving me a very low mileage of 7-8 kmpl in city. Even worst than a high segment suv! I have used my hard earned money to buy the car and now i'm literally being looted with the poor mileage which is not even 50% of claimed mileage! No response during service

                  I am also submitting a copy of complaint letter to shri ratan ji tata ji, a gentleman par excellence and hope to get timely resolution of this grave issue

                  If there's some faulty part, it should be changed

                    Car reg. Mh 03 bc 9874 met an accident on 19/8/2019 and was taken to inderjit motors mira road. Despite of 0 debt insurance i am billed 13211/-. Even that is fine i understand but they have replaced turbo of the car because or which car pick up has reduced drastically. First they were stating that car has speed governor installed which is not true. Its been a month till now they have not resolved the problem. And now they are telling to replace turbo which will cost me 22000/-. Before the accident it was fine and now because or turbo car doesn, t go beyond 100/kmhr.

                    Re: Tata Nexon XZA+ 2018 model,

                    On 21-June-2018 I purchased my car from your dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because of the following problems within couple of months:

                    1. Within 2 months of 1st service on 20-August-2018 within 10 days a belt near the engine broke down in the middle of the night and the car needs to be tow down.
                    2. The agency people on complaint directly changed the belt and do not have any valid reason for it and just replacement was the only option.
                    3. Post the replacement when car is moved to Reverse Gear and then shifted to Automatic gear (Driving mode) the steering gets tighten for 20-30 seconds.
                    4. The digital screen gets blacken up automatically and comes back after some minutes multiple times.
                    5. Within 3000 KMS I can see the above mentioned problems in my car

                    The service engineers do not have any specific reason for the broken belt and only replacement was done and post it I am not at all satisfied with the car performance.
                    I believe that this response is unfair and I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

                    I want a permanent fix or the issues that I am facing or if required I want the replacement to be done.

                    I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear from you within 15 days that is by 10-Nov-2018 I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives.

                      I bought a tiago xza on 29th june. I met with an accident beacause the new tyre of the car suddenly bursted while travelling. How can a new car tubeless tyre can burst such a way. Tubeless tyres even run if leaked. This quality of tyres is seriously inexpected
                      I submitted my car to fortune motors thane. 1st servicing was done along with insurance claim. However nothing was properly fixed. The accelerator is not smooth. Back sensors not working properly. This kind of service is seriously not expected

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        I complain so many of times about my car mechanical problems.
                        Which is started by feb 2018 and regular issue has been raised after taking paid service on behalf my self at arya motors gurgaon.
                        Issue i tell you again from day one.
                        Here i face the problem regarding power and pickup stability at the same time and same mode running conditions.
                        Araya motors scan via laptop and here found the problem is mdb settings values always disturbed and in average every ten days.
                        Mr. Parkash ji found the problem here at first time in feb 2018 and after that continues from june month every ten days they scan it removed it.
                        After a month and no answer of my query why its change it self in every ten days. I complain a email at tatamotors.
                        After that they called up my car for some few checks like injectors, fire-wheel etc.
                        Now they called up my car at july2018 end of the month and when they open the injectors bolt its break down two bolts new car bolts jam not open properly.
                        They tow my car out side the agency where try to open the break bolts by kharad machine. But not getting any success after 3 hour hard work.
                        Now they called up to regional head mr. Chander shekhar and taking a approval of change the full head set. Place the order. And hold my car at agency.

                        After taking 15days they change fire-wheel and head set and delivered my car with the words sir now its ok and not having any problem.
                        Same day when i drive my car some more issue i will face like smoke has been generates and low pickup, zerking, low average and called the service station and noticed at all things.
                        But hey refuse to say sir no problem here when they re-scan the car by laptop even i saw the issue with mr. Parkash ji error found plug-in like some writing at heir lap top.
                        Parkash ji says its nothing its ok please donot worries.

                        Now from last months i face the problems but every person done a scan process taking nearly half an hour it via laptop. Like updates the software. No one expert person check via take a test ride before do it.

                        Its too much time for waiting my problem resolved. Problem with the music system steering controls buttons.
                        Problem with power pick-up average smoke with smell. Zerking like missing, stability of power pickup at same running condition with same drive mode.
                        All team members try to passed out the time. No one single person taking self responsibilities to resolved that issue with the front.
                        Every time i called every person like advisors, gm's, supporting staff regional head, regional head. No one senior person respond back to me every time i trace and called up to all team members.

                        Mr chander shekhar never respond to me never attend my call no answer of sms, what-app. All ways try. (Only once time when they not know who i m after lisition the concern dated[protected].

                        Now i request to you please raise my concern to more senior team who are committed with their duties and taking self responsibilities and give respect the customer and able to solved their problems.
                        Who take my case on priority base. Trace my problem with yourself.
                        Again do some request to you please

                        1. Change the person specially mr. Chander shekhar (Regional head).
                        2. Send the special senior team those have abilities to trace the problems.
                        3. Called up my car at that dealership workshop where your all parts available if required. Because too much waiting time period after place the order.

                        One more thing poor administrator by tata motors. Only customors reaching point is one and only one.

                          I bought tata tigor xta on 4th aug 18. Its just 6 weeks old now and running is only 3600 km.

                          Complain 1) after 1st service i noticed there is some abnormal noise coming from seat. I have to go to nearest dealer from shirur m/s panchjanya motors which is 75 km from my place. So i have to literally waste 2 days and 75x2x2times =300km. I. E 2000rs of of petrol to get it solved. And 2 days waste. This happened only after 15days of buying the car. Fortunately it gotsolved and it has been told that there was some wielding issue in seat lumber.
                          2) complain 2- today i left aurangabad for my tomorrow mornings meeting at ranjangaon pune midc meeting at 9.00 am. When i reached shirur. My luggage compartment is not opening. My clothes and laptop is in my luggage compartment. I called 24/7 road assist. They expect me yoo visit nearest dealer to get it done. It will open tomorrow morning at 9.30 again i have to travel 150km and loss of 1day. What about my work tomorrow?
                          This is pathetic. Complain is still open
                          Complain 3 still open-heavy noise of engine after travelling more than 100km as if i am riding a aircraft near wings.
                          In the loud music windows closed it was horrible noice.
                          Complain 4- intermittent ratelling noice from various location in car (Glove box, driver side mirrorand dash board itself) still open

                          It seams i had bought some old second hand car.
                          This car is perfect example of how a new car shot not be. A demo piece for rejected car.
                          I am very much upset with the car.
                          Is there any buy back offer by tata for unsatisfied customers of new cars pls let me know. I want to surrender my car to tata itself.
                          I cannot run at risk of not opening the luggage compartment everytime coz it will risk my job office and family life.

                            I have a tata nexon xm which i have purchased december 17 first time my vehicle brackdown middle of square at maurya square indore on dt 05.09.18 then taoing person tao my vehicle n dropped at jabalpur motos but they registered my vehicle after one day for i took follow up then they registered. He said my fuel pipe damage by rat bite hence your charges 200 pipe, 1200 labour, 500 petrol and except software charges.10 litters fuel already in vehicle that has lost if tata vehicle is going into tata service center why taking labour and software charges. We know that if our mobile phone in warranty usually we need to pay any charges to any mobile service center so why tata taking charges for same.
                            After all disappointed i went for delivery no fuel in my vehicle service representative said if you need your vehicle pay more fuel charges then i paid. They delivered my vehicle after whole matter then i told for checking he said i am delivery men i can't do anything for same.
                            Now you please let me know where i wrong then i purchased tata vehicle or when i sent into tata service center.
                            If justification is there please do n waiver charges of 2315/- returns my taoing pana n other items.

                              Dear sir,

                              Myself abdul haseeb kk general manager makkah chevrolet as well as makkah bosch calicut, partner of chevrolet kannur sevice centre. I bought tata nexon bearing registration number kl10az1594 in the month of december 2017 from marina motors calicut. On the day of delivery fuel gauge not working next day marina got cleared the fuel gauge meter. After 3000km noise got from dash board side, they asked me to remove dash board i didn't give approval since i know the seriousness of dash board removing and refitting at very low mileage. On its 5000 km its steering column failed and replaced from marina motors. On its 9000km when i was going to kottayam, on reaching thrissur, the vehicle engine noice became worse and showed that they want to clean injector. I asked him that how a new injector could be cleaned. Then they told me that they have to consult tata motors and after two days they told me that engine need to be replaced. After two weeks i got the vehicle with new engine and after some days it's ac vent got damaged and marina replaced it. On 27 th august 2018 i had done it's 15000 km service from hyson thrissur, since marina calicut was closed due to some reasons. On 28th august 2018 vehicle acceleration was not working and reported to customer care at 8.00 am and at 12.30 pm, they took the car to aly tata, and they tested everything on my vehicle like removing of gear box, dashboard, roof trim etc etc. On 14 th september 2018, they told its camshaft is broken ed. So it is seen that it's engine life is only 5000 km.
                              Just think from my side i am paying the installment of vehicle and vehicle is keeping in tata showroom. Actualy i took the vehicle for using. So i humbly request you to replace the vehicle or refund the amount which i paid.
                              Kindly take action against this as early as possible since i am hurting so much.
                              On my reference i had taken around 10 vehicles from marina, if required am ready to present the details of vehicle which sold from marina on my reference.
                              So hoping a fast action from your side.
                              And it is sad to inform you that i had mailed to tata motors yesterday but till now they didn't responded.

                                  I am writing this letter to tell you about the inconvenience that we have been facing front windshield visual and defog problem since the purchase of our new tiago car. Regarding this, we have already registered an official complaint at the time of first servicing and also brief the issue to the technical staff in order to get rid of annoying blurry windshield, they said, that the problem may be arising due to wiper malfunctioning and almost two years have passed but still the same problem exist. Sir, whenever car goes for servicing i have discussed about the problem but no action has been taken by the officials so far, on account of this i am facing problems while driving in rainy season and i barely saved my life from dangerous collision couple of times.

                                  Now, i am really disappointed and disturbed with this issue, seeking an immediate solution as i have already brief the issue many times but still i did not get any response and also the technical staff were unable to detect the cause of the problem.

                                  Windshields are designed to offer highest level of safety but due to defected windshield it created visual illusions; as a result, the risk of a life-threatening crash is higher. Therefore, requesting you to take further steps regarding this issue as soon as possible as i have been facing this issue for last two years.

                                  Sir, for the safe of safety driving, windshield need to be overhaul hence, hope this time i will get the proper coordination and solution from the officials.

                                    I am having tata tiago and i left my car in arya motors service center gurgaon for insurance claim and other service repair on monday 10th sep. 2018, 10:00 am. And insurance adviser has promised me to deliver my car on sunday 16th sep. 2018 and service adviser said that only one day work will be done regarding service repair but both person has not told me regarding any update. Even i have called on tuesday to insurance adviser regarding survey but he has not told me anything. Today i have spoken to manager mr. Karan kumar and he is saying that your car will be delivered on 19th sep 2018. I am suffering so much without my car overall summary is that very very bad experience at arya motors gurgaon.

                                    I request you to please look into this matter on priority.
