Dear Sir/Madam, It is to bring in your notice that, I am Rushi Kesh Nayak residing at Nabarangpur, Odisha. I am writing this letter to inform you regarding the latest booking to purchase of a car, I made from a dealership in Jeypore, Odisha. Here are the details for the same: Dealer Name : LANKESWARI MOTORS, JEYPORE, ODISHA Name of the product : TATA – NEXON – XZ+(P)-WHITE Booking Receipt number & Date : 4021 on 22.12.2020 Period from booking : 114 days(as of 15th Apr 2021) Payment Mode : Cash (21000/-) I would like to bring in your notice that I have not yet received the product. I have been told initially that the waiting period is 7-9 weeks, later which has been raised to 13-15 weeks. But till now, it neither been delivered nor they are confirming the booking details.Now even now one responding to my calls. I request you to look into the matter urgently and take an appropriate action.Awaiting a prompt response.
