Tata Motors — New Tata Altroz having issues

I have bought a new Tata Altroz from angalore on 20th April 2021. After riding it for sometime we started noticing a "rubbing" kind of a noise from the front where the turbo and air filter are located. This noise appears while driving, especially at[protected] rpm. It's not a continuous sound though, but while shifting gears and speed variations.
I intimated the service center (KHT Motors Service center) during my first free service and the issue was not fixed. Since then I have taken my vehicle twice to the same service center and after troubleshooting the issue with Tata Motors techs (as per what they described to me) they haven't been able to find a solution for this. All they could tell me was that the issue is because of the electric turbo and some functioning of the turbo is causing that sound and there is no solution to fix it as of now. I have raised customer care complaints twice with no good use[protected] &[protected]. I am not sure whom else I can reach out to escalate this, since the escalation details are not available apart from the customer care.
I firmly believe that i have received a defective car since no other owners of Altroz diesel are facing this issue. Kindly help me to fix this or replace so that i can feel as a proud owner of Tata Altroz.
