[Resolved]  Tata Motors — nexon / coolant issue / car stopped mid road / highly unsafe

Hello,

We bought Nexon XM, Petrol Model in April 2019, keeping three priorities in mind :
First- Safety as the utmost priority.
Second- We trusted TATA.
Third- "Made in India" by an Indian Manufacture.

Car is driven approximately 270 Kms. Yesterday when we were driving back home our Nexon stopped all of sudden in Mid road in Heavy running traffic where in we were hit by another vehichle We felt extremely unsafe in this vehichle. After taking help from people we somehow reached home and we obsereved that the actual problem behind all these is coolant, which we later came to know that this is an usual issue that other Nexon owners facing who bought in the same time frame when we bought it and since yesterday car is not getting started.

Now we are not willing to get it repaired as this is a brand new car, and should not have such problems. We strongly believe that we have been given a defected/refurbished vehicle which is nothing less than a fraud by the Dealer or Manufacturer.

Awaiting the best justified resolution immediately from TATA.
