Hi concerned persons, i've booked tata nexon xm petrol variant on july 14 by paying 21, 000 rs. Under sree auto dealership, tumkur karnantaka pin : 572107.
By the time i was booking the vehicle, dealer promised me to deliver the vehicle on july 31st. So hoping i will get the vehicle delivered on that day, i paid the complete amount of the vehicle (Major part from car loan) and waited for the response from the dealership. But they didn't responded, they sent the amount received acknowledgment for cash received from car loan rtgs transfer.
When i call and ask the dealer on july 30th about vehicle delivery he told he is trying hard to find a vehicle to deliver, but he is unable to find any. He gave his manager number to talk. When i called his manager they told they are unaware and are not responsible for his dealer words and they will do some arrangements to deliver the vehicle as soon as possible.
When i asked for a expected delivery date they told they will deliver it by august 14th.
Now today (August 12) again i called a dealer guy (One who explained the car features and took booking) to ask about vehicle delivery, he is again telling we are trying hard to deliver your vehicle on august 14th and he is not sure that can happen or not.
My current situation : i have paid my first emi of car loan on august 10, and bank has charged 2, 049 rs as interest on the loan amount for a period of july 28 to august 10 without vehicle in hand.
Please do some justice.
Note : i paid full amount for the vehicle on july 28th itself hoping that i will get delivered on july 31st.
Initially i booked for tata altroz xz petrol and on the same day i changed my booking to tata nexon xm petrol. So booking invoice has tata altroz on it
