Tata Motors — Non availability of technical person rectify problem in Indigo CS model 2009 - Petrol version | |||
Dear sir, 06.03.2015 I am Dr. G.Ponnudurai, working as Professor and Head at veterinary College, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu. I bought a Indigo CS car in 2009 March, a total of 52 thousand KM it has run.Of late, the car showed a problem in pick up, especially while changing gear from high to low in city limits. With this complaint I left my car to the True Sai service center, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu on 14.2.2015, where I purchased this car, to set right the problem. But even after close to a month, the problem has not been solved and my car is still in the service centre. Whenever I asked the supervisor as to why such inordinate delay in rectifying the problem, he replied that as my car is in petrol version no experienced mechanical is available at the centre. I wonder, when a company is selling a car with particular version without technical expert to service the goods it sold. I regret to inform you if the same trend continues name of the reputed company like you may earn bad name among the customer. Kindly instruct the service center to rectify the problem in my car and release at the earliest. My email ID.
