Tata Motors — Non Cooperative Dealership, No RTO registration after 11 days of buying. No fastag Provided. Poorest quality acceseries and Wrong | |||
Hello, I baught a TATA nexon XZ+S (Diesel) from Shekhawati Enterprises, Udaipur, Rajasthan. I paid the total amount of the car( Incl. RTO, Insurance, Fastag, TCS, Accesory) on the day of Delivery 28th Jan 2021. At the time of delivery they told that they do not have fastag and Seat Covers and promised to provide them later. but Unfortunately They provided poorest quality of seat covers and Fastag is still pending. They registered the mobile number of their employee for my car so that i can not register any complain online using Tata Apps and when i asked them to update my number they stopped receiving my calls. After 11 days of Delivery they did not send my documents to RTO. In a similar incident this dealership took 4 months to Submit tax to RTO. Thats why i am afraid. Was this information helpful? | |||
