[Resolved]  Tata Motors — non delivery of vehicle on the promised date after full payment

Sir / madam,

I have booked a white colour tata nexon from concord motors, kayamkulam, kerala in the name of ms aswathi on 02 march 2019. The sales execitive attended me was ms lavanya. I have done the remaining payment of rs 190000/ (180000 as cash and 10000 paid online) other than finance amount on 25 march 2019. The delivery of the vehicle promised by the dealer was 15 days after the payment date (25 march 2019). I did not recieved any call from the dealer for delivery of the vehicle. Upon query from the dealer, informed me that they will not be able to deliver the white colour vehicle & compelled to choose any other colour of same variant. On further query it has came to know that the sales executive attended the booking (Ms lavanya) failed to update us regarding the non availability of white colour vehicle. On 11 april 2019, i have contacted ms manjula, tata motors ernakulam and informed all the issues. She told me to contact mr sreejith, sales head of concord motors, kayamkulam. On the same day i have contacted mr sreejith and he was not agreeable to help us out. He also told me that we have to pay rs 30000/- extra and to accept any other colour. On 13 april 2019, i have contacted hr manager, concord motors, kayamkulam on the issues, she also added me that the matter is not in her purview. As a reputed vehicle maker in india, we have opted for a tata nexon well in advance for an occassion planned in our family in the second week of may 2019. But the dealing from the reputed brand due to an irresponsible dealer was poor. The same was happened with my friend a month back. He was also not delivered with white colour, and final at the time of delivery had to opt for blue nexon due to the pressure from dealer. On 17 april 2019, on query from the dealer, mr sreejith, sales head informed that the vehicle is ready and have to pay rs 23000/- instead of rs 30000/-, the earlier told amount additionally than the amount quoted in the quotation rs 801690/-. We are not understanding, in what basis they are asking the amount extra other than the price they mentioned in the quotation. So we will not be able to accept the pressure from dealer, cannot pay extra amout other than the listed price due to anybody's compulsion. So i request you to resolve my issue at the earliest and deliver a white colour tata nexon. The screenshots of booking form and payment details are attached herewith for your reference.
