I am writing this mail to your kind attention with a strong hope of top management leadership and commitment towards tata policy on customers satisfaction and delight.
At the outset, am in deep pain for opting tata safari, the breakdown of a brand new vehicle in the middle of the road within a month of purchase (10.5 lakhs) and thereafter your representatives engaged continuously to repair this scrap vehicle!
When i was general manager-ehs at bangalore international airport limited during aug 2011-jan 2012, i purchased, used the car driving 50km/day and since then the total km 42062 driven as of 2 feb 2019, during this period thousands of rupees invested for brake disc, steering sound, central locking system, clutch, radiator issues, front wheel issues, sound during steering maneuvering period and most of them are continuous... Tata staff spent some efforts to resolve superficially making me to spending on the original cost. Now your workshop people listed a long repair list which may cost me additional lakhs, however, from the day one, i am having your scrap vehicle which cost over 12 lakhs and no one wants it today for 2 lakhs selling price, can't trust the vehicle to drive more than 50-100km.
You may ask shafiq, anil, rajaram etc for their feedback and trailing mail will give you some details of it. On the other hand, i purchased a toyota innova 2009 model for 9 lakhs in 2014 which was driven around 80000kmts and now 108143km but didn't spend anything from my pocket and its performance is fantastic.
I will be working for ehs-head for delhi airport from 5th march and the vehicle is parked at home. I seriously looking forward to hearing from you soon as i didn't sell the vehicle in 2012 trusting that tata would be at my backbone support but is not the way it responded on all these past 8 years.
For tata the vehicle cost may be negligible but for me its hard earned money (Not sure other people what would have done), i honestly trusted tata products and now my family also taking a ride on me in this subject matter. May i trust for solutions from your end or i consider my hard money is cheated?
