The dealership sells faulty cars and take advantages of the customer's little or no knowledge about car technicalities. It starts with the New Car PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) day to till yet its going on. Facing several issues till date and got so frustrated that I would recommend not to buy a TATA car, specially from Panchjanya automobile, Pune. They are simply cheating their customers and post purchase, their representative will keep you waiting for their "service" or will give you excuses day by day such as someone got hospitalized, someone got expired etc. Their offered accessories are so cheap and poor quality, that you will regret of your decision buying it.
I would recommend not to buy any TATA car as TATA itself do not bother after the car has been sold and the dealership is just following the same path by lootings us.
They will give you a temporary solution and ask for a good rating or feedback while the issue remains. Once you gave the positive feedback, they are done with their cheating job.
