Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to put your notice that with reference of complain number 1-[protected],
I was bluffed by Tata motors service center " BLESS MOTORS" pin- 741248, WB by Mr Joydeb Das.
Mr Joydeb das took Rs 81000 from me for my Tata Manza Servicing, I have attached the document with this mail. Now my car engine got ceased within 7 days, and he is asking more money from me again.
When I told him that I will not able to pay more then he told me that he can do a favor that he will take out the front light from my car which I have paid and reinstall the old light.
Its very disappointment for Tata Motors to provide him as a authorize partner.
He made my car damage after servicing as it was in good condition.
I am very disappointed being an employee of TCS ( card attached) that this Tata Authorize Service center has bluffed me and took so much money and damage my engine.
Tata Motors Please help me waived my Rs 81000 or make my car ok so that I do not need to visit again with same problem.
