Your authorized dealer at bodeli submitted a quotation for rupaye 493657 on road price of tata mega bs vehicle on[protected] favouring ashwin bhai mathur hai rathva. On the basis of quotation inwhich rto reg. Fee were also included hence our branch issued dd of ru. 3.95lac. But till date company has not registered the vehicle with rto and customer refuse to pay emi and loan became now. Due to non co opration of your dealer cargo motors pvt. Ltm. Invoice has not been issued till date.

    I bought a tata tiago xt on 22nd jan 2018 and few days later found somekind of oil dripping. I went to the dealer and the mechanic said it was gear oil leak or mobil leak. He was not sure. He told he got to open the engine and gear box to find the problem so i will be taking my car tommorow 5th feb. I bought the car from ashutosh motors in tezpur. Had great expextation from tata motors being a very large indian manufacturer. But now i am let down cause not even a month and they going to open my engine and gear box. My old car is an alto of 2006 and still havent opened engine or gearbox.. Had high hopes but really dissappointed.

      I've purchased tata tiago wizz on 10 jan.
      The spare wheel provided to me is totally different than original... The size is 155/80 instead of 175/65... This can't be fitted in the vehicle...

        Dear Sir,

        I, Sandeep Naik regret to inform you that your dealer M/s. Marigold Cars Pvt. Ltd. Kanjur Marg, Mumbai, is fooling innocent people for petty issues.

        I had purchased a Tata Zest car in name of my wife Mrs. Urmee Rane from this dealership on 19th Jan 2018, it was promised by the Owner and the Manager of the firm that they will provide me the car in possession with proper documents and legal RTO car number, of which to my surprise when I and my family reached the showroom I got the handover of the car with a TC number.

        Since it was an auspicious day I had to take the car in possession, the agency provided me with 3 form 19 C and they said that you can drive the car and also made me sign a paper which mentioned that if any accident or any kind of mishap happen while driving the car the dealership is not responsible for the same. Since I had to perform Pooja for the new car I and my family took the possession of the car and drove to temple with an assurance from the dealership that by Friday (25th Jan 2018) I will get the proper RTO no for my car.

        We have been a loyal customers for Tata brand since 4 years, we had purchased our Tata Indica Vista from Concorde dealership at Prabhadevi and Tata Nano CNG from Wasan motors dealership from Chembur and we had never ever faced any such kind of problem from these renowned dealerships. I purchased this Tata Zest through a reference who had joined this firm newly, even his is also no help for me. The employee name Mr. Amol Joil and Mr. Sanjogkumar Lahase – Sr. Manager of the dealership assured me that by 25th Jan 2018 I will have the car no. from RTO, when asked they would give some silly reason that they did not had money to pay the payment for the registration as the owner is not available as his father is hospitalized, than again asked the next day they would say that since it was 26th Jan all the officers are not available from a week to register, I don’t understand as this process is an online process so why there is a delay. I tried to contact Mr. Amol Joil till today he is not answering my phone call.

        ICICI bank from whom I have hypothecated this car are also continuously following with me for the legal RTO number.

        I beg for your pardon, as I did not wanted to involve your intervene in this petty issue, but it our hard earned money which this dealership is taken for a toss and playing which our emotions.

          We bought the tata tiago xm desiel version on dec 3rd 2017. From that day onwards the gear leaver struck at 2nd and very difficult to move to 3rd gear. We give a complaint to the technician about this. They answered it cleared in first service. After first service the problem is not rectified and again answered will clear in second service. The vechile run 8900 km with that problem at this time the gear shifting problem if occur to first to second and second to third. For this we go to tata jasper guntur. The techinicians are not recieve our problem and not giving proper answer. This is not good for the customers. So please look into this issue and do the favour

            I (Hari krishan gupta, mob: [protected]) and my four friends purchased five new tata indigo ecs petrol model car from concorde motors limited patparganj industrial area delhi
            My car is having a problem from staring when i purchase this on 5 jan 2018 but others friends car is running smoothly.
            But my car is bubbling from the day one when i go to the tata motors service center on 8 jan 2018, they advise me that all four tyres of your car is defective and replace it from new tyres other wise its given problem when you driving.
            After that i go to to the tata motors dealer (Concorde motors) and explain my problem to the dealer they advised me exchange your tyres from front tyres to rear tyre. I have replace from front to rear tyres on 21 jan 2018 but till my problem is not resolved and car is continuously bubbling on the road.
            Again i go to the dealer concorde motors then i ask to replace my defective tyres from new tyres but concorde motors is deny for the same and very rude behavior by sh pankaj verma (Sales head –delhi business unit email id : pankaj. [protected]@concordemotors.com) and very poor response of the concorde motors.
            He told me soughtly "aapko jaha jaana ha chala jao complaint kar do, aapka tyre change nahi honga"
            Who is responsible if any incident will happen from my new car.
            If any incident will happen then tata motors will be responsible.
            Kindly direct to concorde motors to change my defective tyres.

              Earlier it was honda, maruti suzuki & hundai cars used to attract me and i was almost certain to buy any of these brands. But suddenly with launch of strings of beautifully crafted cars equipped with amazing features, tata has impressed me a lot and looked like absolute transformation in tata especially in compact & sedan segments. Although most of cars recently launched by tata was very good, it was nexon which i liked the most and it was the car i thought to purchase. I contacted your dealer ss motozen, dhanbad in jharkhand through salesman mr. Deabasis. Deal was finalized @ cost of 10.24 lakhs approx and booking amount 0f rs. 21, 000.00 was paid on 31.12.2017 read color nexon xz plus model. As a token of gift after mr. Debasis agreed to provide seat cover at the time of delivery. Although type and quality of cover is not deliberated in the paper but it was verbally committed that it would be tata make in the range of 7000 to 8000. But it is very sorry so say that what i thought would be the great experience in buying tata make car turned out to be nightmare. At the time of delivery on 27.01.2018 your salesman didn't bother the be present it the showroom even it was planned much ahead. Might be he was preoccupied or it was deliberate tactic to harass the customer with false commitment. It was rs. 1600/- seat cover which was offered to me instead of promised tata make standard cover. It has led a lot of altercation with your gm, sales but in vain.
              No doubt car is too good and i have been experiencing great delight in driving but if your dealers continue to misbehave and cheat your customers with their false commitments it will scar deep dent in the image of tata for sure. Of course i have enough money to buy rs. 7500/- seat cover and it doesn't require mercy of your dealer.
              May i request you to look into the matter so that customer like me doesn't get maltreatment by your dealers. Being ex-executive of tata, i am bound to think betterment of brand image and value of tata group.
              After although it was my worst experience to purchased tata nexon xz+ from ss motozen dhanbad-jharkhand.

                I had booked a tata hexa in the month of december and had made the necessary down payment. The loan amount was disbursed on 16th january and i was promised that the car will be delivered before 26th january. However, the company failed to keep its commitments despite making the full payment for the car. Now i am told that the delivery will be made in the first week of february. The company has delayed the delivery and registration process for reasons best known to them. I had high regards for tata motors as i had a tata car as my first car and hence opted for the same company for my second car. But i think the company has lost its golden name and commitments, the staff at the showroom is only interested in booking the cars and taking the down payments. They are least bothered about the delivery schedule and registration process. Truly disgusting and nothing like the earlier tata service.

                  I was travelling in my brand new tata hexa after 2nd service (The 2nd service was done when the car mileage was showing 1950 km,) from mumbai to nasik on 25th jan 2018, horrible things happend, night 8 pm just 5 km before kalyan with burning smell clutch, break and excel all stoped working on the mid of high way, luckly we escaped.
                  More horrible thing is when we called the so called 24x& service center they start doing lot of enquarry,
                  1st they told us this car is not registered,
                  2nd surprisingly they said color didnot match (Pathetic their record keeping system)
                  3rd when i ask they ask them to take it they refuse to connect it with towing.
                  4th even after giving the complain registered number [protected] they didnt send any man.
                  And when ever i am calling them even today i. E. 27th jan they are asking all details, in stead of going by the complain number. And car number
                  Till date no one is attending the problem

                  Its a pathetic co i will go to consumer court to teach them a lession.
                  The car un only 1900+ km and this thing happend in 6 month time since i purchased it on 9th june 2017

                  Tata plz meet me in court why should i pay for the towing services for a new car, why after 2nd services after running only 1900+km my car is damaged in mid of high way and why you are not responding, i want complete replacement of car or i want all answer in court.

                  I will also make sure to tell all not to purchase any car from tata, in all social medium and i will post banner in front all tata show room about ur efficency.
                  With all recorded evidence like video and call conversation i am ready to show the world how great ur tata

                  Tata your testing my patience, now your dealer Denish from deogiri auto has stated that the complaint is closed...solve it before it is too late
                  No one from tata customer care ... care a bit for customer. They don't have appellate authority no's displayed anywhere nor do they share it. Without informing us they simply close the complaints and no higher officials monitors this. if complaint is directed to dealership, they are also quick in closing the complaint without any resolution. such a pathetic service of TATA. I never have faced any service related issues from Maruti ... though

                    I am working in distance travels and we have a vehicle tata zest and its upper master cylinder of clutch is not working. So icalled two dealers in amritsar bharat motors and path motors part is not available. So i called ch motors, prabhat motors, kapoor automobiles part is not available. As an mechanical engg i think the main thing is about service and if i choose a brand and it's spare parts are not available than why should i choose this company.

I will not buy a car from such a company whose employees dont treat the customers appropriately. All senior management needs to look into this issue and take action.

                          I recently purchased tata tiago from srt tata, coimbatore. Despite visiting the showroom thrice before the delivery of the car, i was not explained about the details of the car and the differences from other models. On the day of delivery i found the boot pad missing, the executive told its not available in this model. This is not even being mentioned in the booklet offered by them for the car. Now, the company should take up the matter and provide the same.

                            I have purchased a tata hexa xt from mk motors, kottayam, kerala on august 2017
                            (Reg no: kl37d 909). Till date i have driven 9200kms. The car brake down three times within this period.
                            1. This brake down had arisen on 07th jan. 2018 at 8.00pm during two day trip with my family.in the middle of the journey i can’t able to start the car. Two technicians came and pulled the vehicle and start it. We have spoiled the program and back to home. Next day mk motors take up the car and three days the car was belongs at their service center. Then they inform me, the issue has resolved. I asked to the service manager to explain about the complaints and show me the repaired parts. But i didn’t get a reasonable replay.
                            2. The same complaint has been repeated on 21nd jan. 2018 at 9.00pm. Now i am on a three day vacation trip with my friends. This time i ask for the dealership for an alternate vehicle or arrange a taxi. They agree that if their technician has not able to repair the car they should arrange the alteration. Technicians had come but fail to resolve the problem. 11.30pm onwards, they didn’t pick up my calls. We have pulled and start the car and keep it one of my friend’s home. Then we arrange a taxi and complete our program. Our destination is 400kms away and totally we run 800kms. This way i have lost rs. 14000/- as taxi rent.
                            3. The third day, on 23rd jan. 2018 we came back and take the car (As we park the car in a terrain place we able to start it). On the way to home at 8.30pm the steering got stuck. We can see the steering fluid pipe has been broken. As usually call the toll free number. As the assistance from tata motors delayed, we tied the broken pipe and filled the fluid at every 10kms. Reached home at 3.00am.
                            I demand to tata motors, compensation of rs 15000/- for my inconveniences.
                            From the very first day i have noticed repeated door locking sound while running. And i have informed about the same at dealership. This complaint is also still alive.

                              I have purchased a tata indigo ecs from dynasty auto bearing registration no. Jh 05bn 9835 in august'2015. Since from last six months my car having several starting and excess heating problem in engine. I made a check up it in asl motors by asl dealership service tecnicians and it has found out that there is leakese/cracking in head unit.. I claimed a new head unit from tata dealer asl motors but thet did not agree to replace my faulty head unit under warranty as they gave me poor and worse reason of not up to date servicing schedule... I am facing lots of problem just because of purchasing a faulty vehicle from tata motors like worldwide company although i was an ex concerned employee of tata motors hcv section... If my issue is not resolved the tata motors than i will never purchase any vehicle again from tml and of course i will advise other people in my circle not to purchase any tata vehicle... Waiting for tata motors officials quick response...

                                I purchased new tata tiago xz petrol version on dated 20.01.2018 from shree krishna four wheels, sikar authorized dealer of yours. The dealership told me that it is a november or december 2017 manufacturing model. Today i came to know it was actually march, 2017 manufacturing. More than 9 months. I have lodged a complaint with the dealer on phone also. But all is vain. Please do the needful, else i reserve my legal rights. Thank you.

                                  1) i serviced my nexon mh 12 pt 5868 at national autowheels, pune on 20 jan 2018. It was first free servicing. Issue was of front left door lock sensor not working properly, which i mentioned in complaints. Audio message says that your door is not unlocked inspite of door closed properly and repeatedly also auto central lock was making noise o[censored]nlocking while vehicle motion.
                                  But when i received my vehicle back after servicing same problem is there inspite of service centre saying that we have solved the sensor issue.

                                  2) no delivery checklist filled or explained.

                                  3) no information about sawagat.

                                  4) no information about value care gold nor value care silver.

                                  5) no extended warranty was explained or offered inspite of request.

                                  6) nothing was filled in things to remember. It is totally blank.

Issue was of front left door lock sensor not working properly, which i mentioned in complaints. Audio message says that your door is not unlocked inspite of door closed properly and repeatedly also auto central lock was making noise o[censored]nlocking while vehicle motion.
                                    But when i received my vehicle back after servicing same problem is there inspite of service centre saying that we have solved the sensor issue.
                                    Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I serviced my nexon mh 12 pt 5868 at national autowheels, pune on 20 jan 2018. It was first free servicing. Issue was of front left door lock sensor not working properly, which i mentioned in complaints.                                       I have purchased tiago on 1st jan'2018. The vehicle which i was received seems not new one/used one.
                                      1. Window beedings are not finished properly/damaged products
                                      2. Inside there is a rubber beeding for main glass came out
                                      3. There was some damage on the middle of the both the windows where black stickering is there
                                      4. Frnt wiper rod bottom closing cap was not fitted/damaged one
                                      5. Spare type received was small one 155/65 compare to running types 175/80 which will be an issue for me as a user of the vehicle.
                                      6. No quality check for the vehicle.

                                      Sold damaged piece for me.

                                      Finally i was received a damaged product from tata and i was not satisfied with the things happened. I met concord sales person at alkapuri colony, hyderabad and explained everything, but he is telling no answer.
                                      Request someone to help me in this and resolve

                                        I have bought a tata tigor from your navsari tata showroom. The sales officer mr sagar has been very unkind and hardspoken with us. There was a mistake in the registraion slip for rto provided by showroom. The place of supply was mentioned valsad instead of navsari as we had informed and given all our residential proofs of navsari dist. When we went to rto office they said the slip is not valid for passing my car. So i called mr sagar that the slip is wrong and please correct it and provide us with a new slip mentioned navsari in it. So firstly he said you give some money (Bribe) to rto officer he will get your job done. When we went to meet him and told him about the mistake done by you and please correct it because my car will not get a number plate fixed by rto. Then without consulting or talking to any one in the company he directly denied to slove the issue. And said now this can not be done. So was it our fault that the registration slip issued wrong by your showroom? And despite guiding or helping us about solving the issue he said now nothing can be done. And his behaviour was very rude and harsh during this conversation. And we felt we did a big mistake by purchasing the car from rathod motors. So i m writing this mail to take in to your knwoledge the bad experience we had with rathod motors.
