I have purchased Nexon XZ+(S) Dual Tone 1 year back. ( For this vehicle initially, there was a chassis number issue at the time of purchase )
No doubt the car is very good but I have concerns regarding the services I have got.
There were a few issues that were fixed after continuous visits to the service center.
But the major issue I am still facing is related to the car battery.
The issue is battery cells are dead and the car does not start, further need to push the car to start, ( What an impact /impression of brand new TATA car in public ) and think of the plight
of the lone driver in an isolated place in the hills, where I will go for help in dense forest?
Once it was reported to the service center, it was given to the Exide vendor for testing, not sure how they marked the battery OK. Once the same was refitted, again the issue started.
It is really frustrating and humiliating to push the brand new car every we go out that too it is our family's first car.
Also now the service center is asking me to go around 240 Km to get a new battery and get the thing fixed by myself or else need to wait for more than 15 days to get it locally. I mean if there is a service center then it should have all the related services and why a customer should roam around like a fool. Why the company is hiring such an inefficient service center at all. They will if not now but in due course will give an irreparable BIG dent on the Brand name.
Another issue that I am facing is there is noise while breaking in front wheels for which I have visited the center many times but still it is unresolved, every time I get a response that it is fixed but the issue remains the same.
It was brand value for which we invested and the results we are paying for.
If you think we are not good customers, please do say it.
It's there by request to look into it and make it a priority.
