Tata Motors — Tail parcel tray and glove box

I am prabhash t, brought a tata nexon car from trivandrum motors. The costumer executive shows a test drive vehicle in to my home on last month.in that vehicle i saw the fully fitted accessories. But in my vehicle i cant see the tail parcel tray and glove box. Why they says it is not fitted in this type of car. I am already to pay that the amount of that accessories when you says before booking the vehicle. I think it is the reason for reducing power of my vehicle, because of the a c will work to cool that space and belongings. So please consider and rectify my complaint as early as possible.
