Resp sir/madam,
I my self Sagar kote have owned Tata Tigor ICNG car on 18 June 2022, for 1st servicing we have contact Kamu motors before a day to coming for servicing . The service manager(Mrs. D.kalekar ) has assured me that he will do 1st free servicing though the KM was 2956 which shall be 2000 only .
On next day we have gone for servicing for showroom the KM was 2961, the manager said that servicing will be not done, but we requested him as he have assured me yesterday, still he didn’t allow me .Afterwards he demand me for Rs.200 or he said otherwise it will be paid servicing which will cost 350, so you give me Rs.200 only. I Requested him that it is not possible me to give this type of money which is illegal and my car is having serious problem of breaks which Are not working .Afterwards his voice turn into arrogant tune and said than you have to do paid servicing only, I said him I’m A police officer still your demanding me Rs 200 which is crime.
So we request TATA motors to see in this matter seriously as we are old customer since we have owned Tata Indigo CS in 2010.
Hence Tata motors is known for Good services of customers. Waiting for best assurance .
