Tata Motors — Tata Motors issue with rudra motors wagholi, they have ruined by Tata Harrier during one of there service

I have purchased Tata Harrier XZA+ and I always send for service with pick and drop service by trusting the TATA brand. A year ago I met with an accident due to which my gearbox cap is replaced, after that when I collected my car after service my card started to smoke from the tire and the whole front side wheel became hot molten red.

Issue 1: when my car started smoking on the next day of the service, I recorded the complete scenario so that I will be on the safer side and Rudra motors should not deny it. when Rudra motors collected my car they found that it was their mistake that the break and wheel alignment was not set properly and this will not happen till now with any customer. I trusted them said to fix, they applied a temporary solution due to which after 6 to 8 months my got damaged permanently and I have known this issue in my recent service in which I personally visited. when i explained to them this issue was created by your fault which was done in the previous service for which they discussed their senior manager and they said sorry we checked wrongly your car is fine and no replacement of Disk Brake needed. I got doubt and when I showed my Disk Brake pictures to the outside garage they said TATA motor service center is fooling you your Disk Brake is destroying and every time they are applying a patch and sending your car as the main issue was happened by there fault.

Issue 2: During this service where I trust them and send my car for service by pick and drop option. Their employees were stolen by car tool kit, I don't know why Rudra Motors service center is this much cheap to steal my car tool kit. Now unfortunately I am driving my 30 lakhs car without a tool kit.

Issue 3: In recent service, I came to know that during my earlier car accident when the gearbox cap was replaced someone from their service team tied up a gearbox mold by using a binding wire. when I visited personally to service center then only I came to know and they are asking why I tied this wire. When I said that I how I can open below chase and lift the car and tie binding wire. when I said what that binding wire is holding they started not answering me because it was a gearbox which was damaged during my accident then I said it's you only else why anyone will touch gearbox parts and it was done only one time which was during that service you did.

Concern: I started this above three things came to know only when recently I went to the service center I stood in front of them else they would have fooled me again and ruin/damage my car even more. I started escalating their customer center but only that one day they will say will solve or give resolution but from next day don't remember a single thing and every time I call they just ignore and tell me to explain my issue again and submit photos and videos.

Contacted Service Manager as well but no response:
I even met service manager Mr. Vinayak from Rudra Motor wagholi where i and my friend visited and talked with them and explained everything and during that conversation also they agreed their mistake and said will discuss with the boss and fix our issues give us some time. I was trusted again by TATA Brand and said ok if my issues are fixed then fine else I will go to consumer court with the proof. Thank god I have recorded all of this conversation with Mr. Vinayak on my mobile itself by seeing their history but still same its been 18 days and no response every I call him he will say you no need to call me and I will call you tomorrow and give you resolution. I don't know whether Rudra Motors owner and Tata Motors know or not how much they are damaging my car and still I am using my car with that same binding wire and I know it's damaging more just because of the waste and worst service that they are providing and the level of ignorance to there customer who already paid them for the service which I got fooled by them.
