I am Dr Nabajeet Das from Guwahati
I have been a loyal customer of Tata since 2000. We bought 5 tata cars since 2000, indica xeta, then safari storme in 2013, my nexon in 2019 and my wifes nexon in 2021. Also we bought a tiago. The service we got had been better.

I would like to inform you that my nexon body had started rusting just before 1 year of purchase. I had already informed Kamakhya motors and acknowledged it. I have also made an extended warranty for 2 years. Now for that rusting I don’t want to pay as it was not my fault.

Probably defective steel or body from manufacturing side and it’s increasing like anything.
