Hi,

We have booked our TATA Nexon vehicle from Kropex Auto Pvt Ltd, Sarjapura Bangalore on 11th Sep 2021 and promised as on paper to get the delivery of vehicle in almost three month.
We have completed the ideal waiting period for the vehicle where in there is no update after so many follow ups we are doing to the showroom.

We tried getting in touch with some higher authority and we came across the news that we will get our vehicle In Feb 2022 which almost 2 months more then the promised date and without any compensation.
Showroom guys still trying to fool us by giving false date when we ask form cancellation.

    Secondly, their service network which should get the title of India's biggest chain of defrauders... I had my car serviced for which they charged me Rs. 20650/- out of which 10k is parts cost and 10.65k is labour cost which has vague entries like gold club membership booklet which I haven't asked for.. Best part there is no booklet in the car too, they charged for each part labour and then adds up major service charge of Rs. 4500/- on top of it. But the best part comes now... Within a week of service, car breakdown in night in middle of road causing traffic jam all around which is most embarrassing moment and leaving my family stuck in between. At least it leave me no option but to leave the car in sideway and get the Uber only good thing in this due to God grace I am very much in the city and thus able to get my family to safety, if I have been on highway or remote mountains not sure what would be my condition. With this kind of experience how can you trust or support your own brand fire whom their customers are mere geniepigs.

      Within in a year of purchase we could notice so many paint rusts and coating peel off in the hand brake and the TATA motor service centre in Hosur is very worst service.

          I have booked altroz xe rhythm model on 8th October 2021 and after 22 days company discontinued the model and stopped booking of above mentioned model.
          At the booking time sales executive promised to deliver the car on time.
          Now, due to semiconductor shortage and other things, delivery get delayed for more than 2 months.
          Now, dealer is asking for price hike in this period, no price protection is allowed in respect to booking made.
          Tata Motors customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Who marked it as resolved? This website is a scam.
          As soon as I post this complaint, this marked as resolved on its own.

            We have booked our Tata Nexon from Tata dealer, Safdarjung (Delhi) on August 2021.. We are being given various delivery dates till now.. N today it's 9 Dec till no updates on a confirm delivery date.. only thing the executive says is that there is no supply from the factory... Kindly look into the matter ASAP

              Placed an order for Tiago xza+ (p) automatic on 7.10.2021 and was supposed to receive it within 55 days. have not received the car yet and the problem is they are not able to give me a finite date within which I can receive the car.
              I specifically wanted an automatic car and that's why I have been waiting so long. I do not want to compromise with a manual car.
              Iam a working woman and it's been difficult going to work.

              Please take steps to ensure I receive the car immediately.

                Hi,
                This is to bring to your kind notice that i was tricked by Rachna Motors into getting my Tata Harrier serviced from them by offering minimum 20-25% discount on labour. However, once the final bill was generated the discount amount was lower than committed & now they are saying that your bill amount is the lowest if you compare it with other dealers across entire delhi. They are even saying that they did extra work such as Car washing, laptop scanning for my car which no other center would have done.
                I don't know if TATA takes care of its customers once the car is delivered & if service centers provide appropriate services to its customers. i am really not sure if they have done proper servicing of my car as well. I have never heard such bizarre statements made by any service centers. They are only concerned about getting car into their center & after that customer is trapped & has nowhere to go.
                I really want TATA to look into this matter & ensure no customers are fooled in future.

                  Dear Team,

                  This letter sights my disappointment regarding the insurance premium towards the purchase of Tata Nexon XZ+, that is evidently on the higher side in comparison to NIL DIP insurance that offers 1+ 2 years at approximately Rs. 31000/-. When booked at Malik Cars, Himayatnagar, Hyderabad, paying an amount of Rs. 21, 000/- in cash on 28.11.2021, the sales and marketing team offered Rs. 11, 68, 238/- for the above vehicle, inclusive of insurance premium of Rs.46, 700/-. On our insistence, the team leader assured a reduced amount by Rs.13, 000/- to Rs.14, 000/- during final payment.

                  When final payment was being processed on the 2nd November, 2021, the team leader strangely denied the team’s assurance, made earlier. The lady invariably forced me to shell out the balance amount of Rs. 5, 47, 238/- (remaining balance amount) that is inclusive of the insurance amount of Rs.46, 700/-. The team not only side tracked the insurance quotations of TATA AIG for Rs.30, 380/- and o[censored]nited Insurance for Rs. 28, 278/- as evidential documents but also disapproved any car loan from any external source. This deprived me off the Diwali offer of 6.85 % pa towards car loan from my bank (Bank of India). It was apparently ridiculous on their part to be inconsiderate towards the plight of a customer.

                  We were told that Malik Cars will provide two optional benefits like Extended Warranty (2+1) and Gold AMC 1yr. Worth Rs. 8, 700/- + Rs.7, 021/-= Rs.15, 721/- in lieu of that excess amount of Rs.15, 813/-. The optional add on benefits is the owner's choice of opting for it or not. However, in this case, I was forced to take it. Being in finance made me invariably survey before going to Malik Cars. An earlier experience with them, made me hesitant towards my choice of dealers. Even then I ended up buying from them. So, I guess, my ill luck is at play! On a positive note, my doubt about their malpractice brought around substantial evidence. It is absolutely unethical on their part, to settle for an amount of Rs.46, 700/- for insurance and handing over a receipt of Rs.30, 887/-. Moreover, no document was given in relation to the Extended Warranty (2+1) and the Gold AMC 1yr. Besides, the complimentary-promised items, like a car cover, foot mats and perfume, have not been delivered as yet on an out -of- stock pretext.

                  The entire episode possibly indicates a nexus between the showroom team, insurance and the loan agents. That is why I was prevented from, approaching any external insurance/loan source. I expect a positive response from your end.

                    Dear Tata Motors,
                    With our hard earned money We have purchased Tata Nexon XM diesel car on 31st dec 2019 with Registration No – DL3CCS0798. As per Automobile company policy they will provide a 2-year warranty window and same is given by Tata motors on their cars. Recently in November there was some issue with my coolant box as it has a minor leakage. I contacted Sagar motors to get it done under warranty. I was surprised to know that my car warranty is already been lapsed in August. They asked me to contact the dealer where sale is done. I contacted Treo /Go Auto Pvt Ltd, safdajung, Delhi. I am following them from last 20 days but they are not resolving the problem. Internally I got to know that to fulfil the sales target they punched sale in the system of my car with some other person name in August 2019 and sale is done to me on 31st Dec 2019. I have all the proofs which I shared with Go Auto Pvt Ltd as the sales Bill, welcome letter, Delivery Challan. but as per Sagar motors 2 years of warranty is finished as per system. There is some confusion in data entry. Request you to kindly intervene so that I can avail the services under warranty and also can buy AMC plan for next 3 years by paying for the same.

                      I bought a TATA car ( KL57S4835) from marina motors india pvt ltd. in the month of july. The car has got a problem with the steering box. Marina Motors Pantheerankaavu is not ready to correct the problem, simply confusing me or misdirecting me, even there is an order from the central govt that the dealers should supply spare parts for the vehicle for 15 years after selling the vehicle. I am having a very bad experience with Marina Motors india, Pantheerankaavu, Kozhikkode.

                        From my first service I have been complaining about few problems in my car, but it couldn't be rectified. Especially mileage, it's giving only 8 in city and I get reply as 'it's the real mileage' from service station. But I know it's the problem of engine, because few other nexons perform better then mine.

                          I booked Nexon in schakralaya motors, Cuddalore, tamil nadu and showrrom given the commitment of 2 months. It has been almost 3 months and there is no proper update
                          i raised complaint on twitter, tata team but they told will check, but still i never got a proper solution

                          pls look into this, now a fake commitment giving to the customer for car sales, this is totally un fair and kind of cheating, pls look into this ...

                            I purchased a Tata newly launched car PUNCH amt variant and as soon i took it from showroom the car was taking a lot of load and was not working properly.

                            Next morning i got it checked by showroom and they confirmed the clutch was completely damaged and they will have to replace it.

                            This is my first ever car with my hard earned money and i cannot take a defective car. I need Tata motors to owe their mistake and provide me with the new car which has no defective. I choose tata over all brands because it is reliable but instead it has just turned out be absolutely opposite, i need immediate corrective action to be taken here by tata motors asap.

                              I booked my tata punch car in the 20 Oct at pmg mohali tata showroom sector 82 . They promised to give diliver the car in 3-4 weeks but on 15 th nov they tell 3-4 weeks more to deliver the car then I decided to cancel my booking and I go to the showroom on 19nov and clear all formalities of cancellation . They tell give me check next week but now 4th of December not give my money and not respond on my phone call after so many calls they tell my md is not in the showroom so we can't give ur money today again they tell 3-4days more to give my money. Worst service by tata now they prove my decision is wright not buy tata car

                                I booked A Tata Nexon XMS on 15th September and was quoted 2-2.5months of waiting period which is quite a lot but was not a prob for me. The estimated dates was 15-30th November. But Till now I ve recieved no positive response from their dealer dulichand motors ( ruby, kolkata)
                                The car delivery is being delayed and delayed and even the dealers have no clue regarding this. At first place if you guys can't deliver why commit something u can't ? Just to get a sale done and the customer trapped?
                                During my conversation with their executive he quoted that only 1500 Nexon cars are bein manufactured forpan India supply.

                                I mean is it a joke for you guys. A company with such high standards and establishments would just make a meagre 1500 cars a month as of their old 50k cars in 6 months.

                                Coming to the main point. I desperately waited for my car as it is my first car. I wanted to gift it to my parents on their anniversary on 30th November 2021 . But all In vain. So least I just want the car delivery to be before 14th december because I won't be able to collect it after that for a month.
                                I've been so frustrated from the service given by tata motors and their dealers that I feel pity to be proud of a made in india company who has such low standards and tend to harass customers.
                                With my booking amount and all these harassment being faced.
                                I would urge to please look into this 🙏

                                  I had booked tata Nexon EV XZ+ variant on 15th Sept 2021, but till date there is no confirmation from dealer on delivery.
                                  I have booked the car at Wasan Motors, Chembur, Mumbai.
                                  Car is booked on my wife's name, and she is a Tata employee.
                                  Every week I am calling the dealer for delivery status and they only says that they don't have any confirmation.

                                  Please look into this or else I have to cancel the booking and opt for another brand.

                                    It has been a terrible experience in booking India's "Safest Car", Tata Nexon. I had booked a Tata Nexon (XMA, Daytona Grey) on 16th July, from Key Motors, Kanakapura Road, Bengaluru. At the time of booking I was promised that the delivery will be done in between 12-16 weeks.

                                    Unfortunately it has been more then 18 weeks since then and there is still no sign of the date of allocation from Tata Motors. Even after numerous follow-ups with Key motors, they are not sure about the car's allocation from the plant. The only thing I am getting is a NEW Date.

                                    My concerns are the following:
                                    1. Tata motors have been aggressively promoting Nexon as the "Safest Car" while the biggest problem is that they fail in delivery commitments. Is it something that Tata motors don't care about? What is the point of the "Safest Car" when they are not able to deliver it on time?
                                    2. It seems as if Tata Motors are only concentrating on launching new products while customer satisfaction and delivery commitments are their least priority.
                                    3. Is the issue with Tata Motors capability or capacity because they failing badly in their commitments? Why are they even making incorrect commitments at the time of booking,
                                    4. Tata Motors have been informing me that there is a widespread chip shortage. If so, then how were they able to sell more than 8000 units of their new model, Tata Punch, while their previous bookings have been ignored? So is it really Chip Shortage or attributes of Mismanagement?

                                    Is this just a tip of iceberg? Will I face more problems when I start driving and servicing my car? I am already in a trap where I have no information regarding the delivery of my car. Had I been informed at the time of booking that my car's delivery would take 6 months I would have booked my car earlier or of some other reliable Brand.

                                      Hi TATA, My self Sankeerthana. I have booked TATA PUNCH(Creative AMT without IRA, METEOR BRONZE) on October 15, 2021, before official launch. I booked at Malik Cars, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. They are not giving any updates on delivery date. They are keep on trying to convince me to take low end trim and ask me to compromise on color. I need an exact official update on delivery date. Please do asap.

                                        I booked Nexon in Pune and was given the commitment of 1.5 months, written on the bill. It has been 3 months and there is not even a single update.

                                        I went to Twitter, Tata is hardly replying there. Contacted TATA customer care center, they are not taking and responsibility there.

                                        Contacting dealer - 1 recorded answer 'there is no update from tata'.
                                        Dealer blames TATA & TATA is saying dealer is responsible.

                                        Every time I contact tata's call center they give me a complaint number and promise a callback. Chasing down the same 2 or 3 days later they tell me that it has been closed.

                                        It is not just me, be it Twitter or any other feedback-sharing platform people are crying their hearts out for the same reasons.

                                        Why is TATA not fulfilling the commitments?
                                        Why are bluntly false waiting periods being shared just for the sake of booking?
                                        It seems no one cares about what a customer will go through with fake promises, just give a waiting period and keep that stretching, who is going to do what.

                                        A Delay of a day or two is quite acceptable. for some reason, we can bear for 1-2 weeks also but saying no updates even after twice the days have passed? what sort of business is that?

                                        I am pretty sure there is no hope for me as I have already spent 3 months, so there is no turning back for me, and tata or dealer is never going to help me.

                                        I am writing this to aware of anyone planning to buy these cars.
                                        There is absolutely zero responsibility shared by the dealer as well as tata once you book the car. They don't care about anything.
                                        Deadlines shared with customers mean nothing to them.
