Tata Motors — Tata nexon car engine overheating

I bought tata nexon car in 21feb 2020. I went for my car's 2nd free service, where service in charge said that your car had a company fault that it's engine oil get mixed in coolant (Radiator). They changed oil cooler for solve that issue. But after that i run my car for just 2 km and engine heating buzzer started beeping. So what can i do in this case?
