[Resolved]  Tata Motors — tata nexon - delay in delivery

Hi,
We are extremely disappointed from "kvr dream vehicle pvt. Ltd." (Kasaragod outlet, kerala) kannur dealership of tata motors.

I have booked car on 26th march 2019 and expected to get it on or before 30th of march 2019. But till now they didn't delivered the car. But due to their delay they are asking me to pay the extra amount other than from the quotation.

As per the rules suggested by the sales manager we have payed amount on date to get the tax benefit.
Now additional amount 1 % of ex showroom price they are asking me to pay eventhough it's their mistake.
I bought this car as a gift for my sister on a special occasion. As i can't gift this on time i felt defamation infront of family and friends.
I believed in tata motors but this incident made me disappointed and lost my trust in tata motors.
I used to trust and recommend this tata motor vehicle to my friends and how can i do this same again.
I believe i will get justice from you people and looking forward to hear from you.

We made a booking of Nexon xe (foliage green) 40 days ago.
The dealer assured us it will be delivered in 20 30 days.
But still he is unable to tell us the final date of delivery.

I had booked Tata Nexon XM s on 18th Dec 2020 from Panchjannya Automobiles Pune.
It has been 8 weeks and there is no sign of delivery or even the vehicle allotment. Dealer has no clue when they can deliver the vehicle.
Thinking of cancel the booking and go for some other options.

I had booked Tata Nexon XZ+ petrol model from Sree Gokulam Tata motors, Kundannoor, Cochi, Kerala on Dec 17, 2020. I had sold my i20 car as the delivery excecutive informed me that delivery would happen in 6-8 weeks time. I was of the true hope that Indian brand would fullfill my expectations. But unfortunately, I or neither the excecutive have no idea when and where the vehicle will be delivered. It was the toughest time in my life as my wife is carrying and I had to depend on other vehicles. I was in the fascination of the Indian brand and now I am deeply disappointed. I am planning to change my mind to other vehicles or even second hands. I am not sure why the great Tata motors is lacking such professionalism in their dealings with the customers.
I have booked Tata Nexon XM White petrol on 10th of Feb 2021. But still delivery pending.
I am fed up with the G.M of Tata motors dealer Gola ganpati, Haldwani, Nainital, Uttarakhand.
My charm of buying a car has lost now.
Tata runied my 6 month.
Tata shows no transparency on booking.
Hard to believe but it's true.
Whenever I filled a complaint on delaying delivery everytime I got the call from Mohd sadab (GM) and everytime I got only assurance.
Sorry but my charm has lost now.

I am waiting for NEXON XMS booked on 8th SEP 2021 & the dealer has no clue on when they will deliver.
I am fedup after too many follow ups from my end and they are least bothered to call me and update me after the promised date. They are least bothered to know what customer is looking for, coz they are busy with new bookings & False promises. here is my booking details: 5-1YOPWNN
