Tata Motors — Tata nexon ev vehicle problem after 1st servicing

I purchased TATA Nexon EV XZ+ BOV with Reg No. TS09ERTR8290 Chassis No.MAT635005MPFS2814 from Hyderabad Show room as no TATA show room in or around Vijayawada/Guntur is delivering electrical vehicles. However, I was informed that service is being given from local Tata Service centers.

The vehicle was running without any issues till my vehicle has undergone first service. It all started on 25th and 26th of August and vehicle intermittently stopped on the roads but after a gap of couple of minutes started on its own.

Finally, on 27th August the vehicle got halted completely on the road and battery began showing 0% from 74%. On contacting service team, they advised to disconnect neutral wire of Battery and reconnect after a while and accordingly followed. But there was no solace and on further contact they have given me a toll-free number to contact. They promptly responded and visited my place of halt along with towing vehicle. Really, I was very much impressed with their courtesy and promptness. Once they inspected and made changes here and there, the vehicle started and I drove the vehicle home.
The next day while starting the vehicle the same problem surfaced. In spite of charging the vehicle to the full 100%, when tried to start it began showing 0% again. This time I called and explained the problem Complaint No.[protected] dated 31.08.2021
and they have taken the vehicle to Vijayawada Show Room through towing vehicle. I was informed on 01st September 2021, my vehicle was handed over to Jasper Show Room of Vijayawada by service team who have taken the vehicle.

Once the vehicle is delivered in Jasper Show Room there is no information from them regarding the problem or status of service etc, . Since I had purchased vehicle from Hyderabad, I didn’t have the phone number of Jasper Show Room, Vijayawada. Finally, I got the number and contacted them. To my surprise, the answer was not at all satisfactory and they are least bothered about to speak to me nor to attend to my vehicle.

There is a quite contrast in rendering service by the toll-free service team and Jasper Service Centre. What I expect from the service center is communication regarding the status of the vehicle.

I doubt the competency and capability of the Jasper Show room to service electrical vehicle TATA Nexon.

I urge senior officials to look in to the matter and take the vehicle to Hyderabad, if necessary, to rectify the problems, if the same is not done at Vijayawada. Please update the customer about the status of the vehicle and inform likely date of delivery after rectification.

THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONCE FROM THE SHOWROOM OR TATA OFFICIALS SO FAR EVEN AFTER THE COMPLAINT WAS GIVEN IN PRESTIGIOUS ORGANISATION LIKE TATA
