Tata Motors — tata nexon xma/my vehicle is still unregistered since[protected] | |||

Invoive date : 31/05/2019 Cars invoice no : dvjovs[protected] Cars engine no : revtrn03dpyk41418 Cars chassis no : mat62741kld20357 Tata motors dealer : vijay auto, vasai. I have purchased my tata nexon xma petrol variant on 31/05/2019 from vijay auto, vasai dealer with full outright payment. I physically received the vehicle on 05/06/2019 with registration number plate installed as mh48 bh 5676. I was told that rc book will be delivered within 3-4 months from date of purchase at my home address. When i didn't receive the rc book after 4 months, i checked online status on know my rc status vahan 05/10/2019, then i came to know that my car is not registered. Then i visited and called the representatives in vijay auto several times for the resolution of the issue. I talked to the owner (Director) of vijay auto mr. Chirag & sales manager mr. Pankaj several times & they assured me that they will resolve the issue between 15 to 20 days. I visited virar rto for the same & they told me that my car is unregistered & they didn't found any records of the same. Now it’s almost 2 months from when i am chasing vijay auto representatives & no response from vijay auto side. They took my car 2nd time for physical inspection at virar rto on 18/11/2019 and told me that this time it will be done, but still i didn't receive my rc number online. Now mr. Pankaj & mr. Chirag, both are not receiving our phone calls and not giving any response. I have checked with the representative mr. Rajkumar, who took my car to virar rto for 2nd time for the progress & he told me that the owner doesn’t have the money to pay to rto. So where is the money i paid for the registration? Is it a fraud that this dealer (Mr. Director chirag) have took money from me & put in their own pocket? Also i request tata motors to take strict action against this dealer, specially their director mr. Chirag for fraud. It's very frustrating for me that even after 6 months from the date of purchase & payment in full i am yet to receive my car's registration number. Because of that my car is seating ideal in my driveway. I can't take my car on road because it's still unregistered. So it’s my request to tata motors to look in the matter & resolve it asap, because i have exchange my old car (Maruti swift desire) with the purchase of this car & now i can’t take this car on road because it’s unregistered. The only reason i sold my maruti swift desire & purchased tata nexon is because i saw your advertisement of 5 star safety rating. But i strongly feel that it was my biggest mistake to switch over from maruti to tata. Please prove me wrong. Please take up my case on priority and give me the resolution of the same. I am right not outside india for my work. So my wife mrs. Bhakti ankush patil will follow up with tata motors for resolution. Please revert back with the action plan. Regards, Ankush ashok patil.
