tata tiago xz rear twist beam crack manufacturing defects

My tata tiago xz car is manufactured defects in rear twist beam but samarth car service centre gwalior not change service incharge told 78000 km running your than no cover in warranty and extended warranty and advice claim to insurance but my not accidentally damage this is manufactured defects why claim to insurance pls resolve my issue otherwise i have go to legal case against tata motors...

Hi,

I had requested for duplicate central lock key from sagar motors sector 5 noida 1 month back.
Every time i reach them out, they have a new response ready that we need some material that is not available right now. Is it practical not to have appropriate materials required to create duplicate key since one month?? Please help in this regard. Also, i need compensation for this one month delay.

    Recently visited dealer rudra motors pune to show my car for this issue. They have done diagnosis for car using laptop. Abs light and engine fault code cleared from memory and checked all wheel speed sensor and brake switch found ok but still unable to find root cause of problem. I am worried i will again face this issue some or other day.
    I guess tata motors technical team should deep dive into this to find root cause for this issue.
    If there is fault in braking system or electrical system they should recall all the models from year 2018 make.

      Sir / mam

      I am your customer and i bought tata harrier top model car on 12 dec 2019 from sparsh autotech dwarka
      I am extremely sorry to inform you that this person is a fraud and has cheated upon me for the sum of rs 1900000

      I have been facing alot of trouble since 11-12-19 a day before delivery because their staff members were cheating with the ceo to earn handsome amount of money

      The date of delivery of the car was 12-12-19 morning 1 pm

      We were calling them since 10:30 am and the staff kept on saying us to wait and not visit the showroom
      Lately 3 pm they told us that delivery is not possible because they were not aware of the fact that date of delivery was today

      To which we demanded that either u deliver us the car or else return our money back

      They kept on lingering this and 5 pm they called and said us to visit the showroom and that car could not be delivered

      We demanded our money back and reached showroom by 6 pm

      We were asking for the refund and then apparently ceo mr alok came into picture and said that he wouldn’t return this money
      Rather he will deliver the car
      So 9 pm they decided to ready this car and delivered car to us 9:30 pm without any bill or insurance
      They told they have alreay applied for registration and car number will be alloted morning 12 pm

      As soon as we took the car two lights were visible on the screen (Engine lights)
      We called them and they said showroom is closed now and asked us to visit them the next day

      Very cleverly they told us to go to them at 5 and before that he sent the request for registration of the car

      Later on on 13/12/19 we went to the tata workshop in dwarka 5 pm
      All the engineers tried to figure out the problem but they said that car has some fault in the diesal filter and it needs to be replaces but they are not sure what exactly the scenario is and asked us to leave the car there

      I refused to leave this car there as it was just 15 hours from buying that this car had a major problem

      Sir today again they have called us to the workshop and i am extremely tired of this mental harassment i have received from tata motors

      This is the top varient i have bought and i am being treated as a beggar of this car

      I am looted and this is clear fraud case as the pdi of car was not done before delivery

      I need my money back or change this car now

      I am a consumer who spent 19 lakh and is being cheated by sparsh autotech and tata motors

      I heard that tata is not a brand to rely upon
      But still i bought the top varient thinking about the fact that tata is not that tata now it will surely listen to my grievances and would give me good services but i think i was wrong
      There is no one who could listen to us

      Please resolve this case now
      I really dont wish to visit consumer court or bring this case to media and highlight the services of tata motors

      Pls treat ur customers as king and i want justice for me
      I wont accept any faulty car and wont agree to replace the part
      Thats all
      I want my compensation back

        Dear sir i have purchased a tata tiago on 29.09.2019 from metro motor ambala cantt. From the very first day i am complaining about noise from dashboard. Three times i visited service centre and company has do some adjustments but the problem is still there. Now its noise also from clutch and sometimes gears not moved proper. Perhaps company has given a defective product as i have another car purchased from chandigarh have no problem at all. Kindly solve issue at the earliest otherwise i have to go into legal proceedings against the company.

          I was asked to pay the refundable security deposit in the paytm account of a number for getting the opportunity of interview for the job in tata motors.
          They sent call letters and offer letters which were found out to be fake later on. They used company letterhead and authorized persons signatures illegally to bait people as that is a real offer from the company.

            I bought tata nexon car from rudra motors, ubale nagar pune. They are supposed to give me number plate which i have not received even after 1 month. I am getting the vehicle registered at himachal pradesh. The dealership is saying tata motors has stopped making number plate for out of state vehicles. They also said they could not yet registered my vehicle in the system.

              Dear tata motors team,
              I facing issue with my tata nexon car since i purchased it in march 2018, every now and then engine and abs faulty signal comes on.
              I have visited dealers 3 times for same issue, still problem not solved.

              Also had engine is suddenly underpowered on highway drive when abs light is on. This can cause accident and is unsafe for me and my family.
              Please resolve this issue on priority.

                  I had got my clutch plates replaced on service as advised by service advisor at tata authorized service center in chandigarh. After running on only 1400 kms clutch plates stopped working on highway. There was no emergency relief provided by tata motors despite charging for rsa every 6 months. When complained to tml for part issue they just not responded. Car is currently in warranty too.

                    I purchased Nexon XZ from ASL MOTORS whose invoice date was 19.10.2019 and delivered to me on 26th Oct. I get it financed from TMF. I asked several times to provide loan related documents which I have to produce before my department. Even my email address is also provided to them so as to only send it through email. Even I didn't get registration number even after nearly 50 days for which I have been asking every 4-5 days. I have no choice to keep my new car at home and now also it's 1st servicing date is coming. Kindly look into my issue. Thanks.

                      Sir i had done my car (Tata taigor xt) third free service at puneet automobiles faizabad road lucknow (Up) in the month of march 2019 and alignments also done but dye to some mechanically fault alignment had not done properly and both front tyres completely rub down inside within one month.in this concern i complain to service manager and tata company and service manager told me that i tyres will be exchanged anytime on free of coast and he also advice me to check alignment at gp motors allahabad. After than i checked my car alignment at gp motor allahabad on 05/07/2019. My car both front tyres fully rub down however my car run only 26000 km. Hence i humble request you kindly look into this matter seriously and give direction them to change my car tyre on free of coast.

                        मेरे पास टाटा टियागो कार hp 14 5656 है। मुझे सब ने टाटा की गाड़ी लेने से मना किया था फिर भी मेने ली।

                        सर पिछले एक साल से जब मेरी कार सिर्फ 25हज़ार किलोमीटर ही चली थी मैं कार के स्टेयरिंग में आवाज़ की complet कम्पनी में कर रहा था मगर jp motor solan (Hp) के मैकेनिक ने कहा कुछ नही है ऐसी आवाज़ आती रहती है । मेरे पास रिकॉर्डिंग भी है अगर आप चाहेंगे तो मै आपको भेज सकता हूँ। मेरी यह शिकायत रत्न टाटा जी को भी भेजे कि क्या स्टेरिंग रेक कागज का बनाया था जो इतनी जल्दी खराब हो गया।
                        इससे सिर्फ उनका ओर टाटा कंपनी का नाम बदनाम हो रहा है। हम तो अब किसी को नही बोलेगे की ये गाड़ी लो

                          I had booked a tata nexon on 6/10/2019 with kosmo vehicles pvt. Ltd. Near delhi public school g. T road, jalandhar, punjab, india. I already raised the cancellation request with the person before 1.5 months and have not received any refund yet. The person is not even picking the phone now and just wasting the time whenever he picks the phone saying that refund is in progress.

                          Please see into this issue as such behavious from such a huge company is not acceptable.
                          I have already bought tata nexon from some other dealership.

                            I purchased tata nexon xz (Petrol) in july 2019. I met with accident on 3 dec near muzaffarnagar (Uttar pradesh). My car collided with a standing trolly from the front. Both air bag got opened. Front mirror of my car got ruptured due to opening of co-driver side airbag as it got bulged from inside-out as can be seen in attached photo. I submitted my car to midas motors (Tata dealer) in muzaffarnagar (Up) for repairing.

                              We are having 21 fleets of tata motors and from last 05 years our all fleets get serviced at pasco services centre situated in rupnagar, punjab but last month our one fleet get urepaired for 04 days due to unavailability of spare parts & still they gave us the false commitment and nobody cares for that, then i have purchased the parts from local market and handed over to pasco motors for installation & then they repaired the vehicle. I loss my customers orders due to there negligence.

                              Kindly take some necessary action otherwise like me all your reputed customers will not take get there vehicles for services at pasco.

                              During the last free labour service, numerous charges were lavied in the name of tiny works like break shoe change. A total of Rs 4500/- (approx) were charged. I feel like been cheated. Very bad gimmick to inflate the charges. Utterly disappointed.

                                Hi team,

                                I want to bring this concern in your notice that my front mirror of tata tiago bearing registration jko3h -1146 was damaged in july 19 and i replaced with new one, but after some days i noticed that from left side of front mirror water enters every time whenever i washed my car or at the time of washing, i approached 6 times at your service center but due to unskilled engineers i faced the same problem and still i am facing the same issue, results wastage of my time along with money.
                                So kindly have a look on my matter and do the need full, quick response will be highly appreciate.

                                I do not have received any kind of positive response from your end and i felt its very bad experience i have never seen so far and i am highly disappointed with you, if you are not having that much of time then i can approach to your higher authorities and will raise complaint against you and your services centers.

                                  Iam using an acezip zliam so sad to say the services are bad. Also the quality of some parts are not good, on the second service i reported 3 complaints, statring complaint, missing, also the quality of wiper motor it work in good condition for about 1 hour. The dealer did not cleared my complaints, and after service the check light also burn, they do some thing and its gone for sometime, again it now burn, the service dealer not interested to hear complaints,

                                    Its 3 months old vehicle. Already did ac problem one week back. But again repeating same problem.
                                    Contact me one [protected].
                                    Water leaking inside at left front seat. No one taking responsible at local service station. Is this okay for tata motors. Its too shame on that to say that i purchase zxi+ tiago. The service too bad and customer receiving also, they dont have minimum sence how to talk. Totally irresponsible candidates.
                                    The employee is the familiar of tata motor but they said im not the person for that.
